Best Hallmark is Norman's Hallmark. Whether it's in Clark or Fanwood. They have such respect and help you find what you're looking for. They even wrapped a pretty big gift I bought my wife.

I love this store! It's my local Hallmark. I love that it's a well stocked brick and mortar store. Not many around these days. Their sales are really awesome...especially after Christmas. The cashiers are very helpful & lovely.
