Had a terrific experience. Was very helpful in choosing the correct mattress. Spent a lot of time with me. After the purchase, when I was slow to make arrangements for delivery and their delivery schedule was filled, Ron surprised us by making a special delivery so that we got the mattress in time for the new bed. Went so far above and beyond.

Thank you so much for all your help with purchasing our new mattress and adjustable base! We absolutely LOVE our new bed! Especially since my husband and I both needed a different firmness. It feels like we are sleeping on a cloud! Worth the trip from CT to NJ! Thank you Shovlin Family for everything! We will be back for the kids new beds soon!

This review is written for my mom - Josephine Silverstein.This is a very very long and overdue review. Nothing like a real "family" business - they took what I feel extra care of me and my needs. They brought the mattress to my home and removed the old one. Such a pleasant experience. I got a great mattress and the best customer service ever! I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new mattress. I sleep well now knowing that Shovlin has my back!!

WOW, this Nirvana soft mattress feels exactly like the 5-star resort beds that I slept on at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen. I have really bad arthritis on 3 of my discs in the lumbar region and normally average 5-6 hours of sleep, but I've been averaging over 8 hours since I got this mattress last week. It's hard to find a quality mattress in the US for some reason and after so many failed mattresses, I finally found THE ONE!

My husband and I needed a firm mattress for my back issues following an old spinal fusion from a fracture. After three previous mattresses that didn’t last, we wanted innerspring for support, and flippable for durability. I found Shovlin Mattress Factory on The Mattress Underground website. I called for more information, and Dani, who is awesome, answered my questions. I convinced my husband that we needed to visit Shovlin, although it was a fairly long drive. We ordered a Classic Tri Zone king mattress with pillow top on both sides, after trying all of them. Honestly, I think every mattress in their showroom would have worked. The delivery went smoothly and included a nice bottle of wine. We’re sleeping on our Shovlin for almost a month, and at least three times my husband got out of bed and told me I picked a winner! We’re both sleeping better and longer, and love our new bed! The new Dream Fit sheets are also really nice. I’m happy there are mattress manufacturers like this one, who still focus on quality and great customer service. Thanks!

My experience with Shovlin Mattress Factory was great. Dani in the showroom spent a lot of time sharing information with me about the mattresses, which I found very helpful in my selection process. The delivery service was very easy and professional. The mattress has been fantastic and I expect I will enjoy it for a long time. Very happy to support a local business offering an excellent product and top notch service.

We worked with James and he was fantastic. We were able to try all the different mattress options without any sales pressure. Honestly, that was a refreshing experience. He was very realistic with information and provided practical suggestions. He let us drive the conversation with our questions. James also gave us a tour of factory, so we can see how everything was put together. My wife did a lot of research online and in forums, so we honestly felt for the quality of mattress (I.e. materials) for a comparable price just beats any of the big brand mattresses you can get from retailers like Mattress Firm or online. To be fair though, you may get “deals” with other vendors, but a few hundred dollars savings is not going to make a difference in the long run.The mattress we went with is an ultra plush latex, and it has been great. We have been sleeping on it for over 2m now, and no regrets. We have both slept better, so far and that’s what counts. The mattress with the pillow top is very supportive and comfortable.I would highly recommend checking out their store before you make your final decision.

Needed a inner spring mattress for our son away at college at Villanova. The people at Shovlin arranged a nice mattress, bed frame on sale, and box springs and delivered them to my son's apartment off campus. They did an outstanding job delivering thru a difficult staircase. My son loves the bed!

We have purchased 5 mattreses over 30 years. (used to be in Garwood). The delivery team is aces and the sales team is very knowledgable. The mattresses are good quality. We feel that purchasing from a family owned comany that has a hand made product on-site is good for the community so that makes the purchase more gratifying.

The Shovlin Mattress Factory makes shopping for a mattress easy! The friendly, knowledgeable and patient salesman (James) made choosing the right mattress incredibly easy, trying out each mattress until we found the best one for us, was great! Delivery was on-time and professional as well. It’s been a week since our mattress arrived and my husband and I are sleeping soundly and comfortably. Great products, great customer service, I highly recommend Shovlin Mattress Factory!

We bought a full size mattress for my daughter here and she loves it. The price was right and better quality than the common brands they sell elsewhere. They make the Shovlin mattresses right here in NJ at their factory. You can tell the difference immediately of the construction and materials when you try it. Their delivery people were also very nice and helped setup the bed. 5 stars. I will be buying all my mattresses here from now on.
