“My branch is in Highlands, NJ, but I found a charge in my account I didn't recognize, so they wanted to cancel my bank card. This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”

“I have used this branch for years with friendly service every time but recently had an exceptional experience. I needed a document from a past home loan for a closing and PNC customer service failed to help, with multiple attempts. I visited this branch and the manager Nicole spent 30 minutes with me on 3 different phone calls and resolved the issue. Nice to know there is still service like that!!!”

“We were here today... opened our Joint Personal Account and a our Business Account. I want to personally thank Danielle L. (hey Danielle!) ... She helped us with our accounts. Very helpful and so patient with us! Great customer service indeed! What an amazing experience! The bank is a little bit crowded with too many staff (maybe too busy as a bank?). But hey! the most important thing... we got the best service! We were taken care of by Ms. Danielle... the tellers were very helpful too! “The Coinstar in Acme is very convenient and well-maintained. It's out of the way by Customer Service, so you don't feel as though you're blocking much of anyone if you come in with large amounts of coins (as I usually do). It features both a voucher to get your money right away (minus a percentage) as well as Amazon paper gift cards free of commission. I save up my change and get the Amazon cards every year at the holidays and give them as gifts. I was a little disappointed the first time, as they're not plastic gift cards with pretty pictures on them, but the money spends just as well as the fancy ones, and I'm sure no one else would deal with my gallon ziplock bags of coins. ;)”
