Installation was thorough and quick. Cleaned the room before and after installation. Took the old carpet and padding with them. The installers were very efficient and professional. Overall very satisfied.”

“Damn!! wicked good experience. I called Avalon w technical instal questions and the level of customer support was off-the-charts good! Megan answered a bunch of my questions but the really cool thing is she pulled Aspasia into the conversation to double check some details - and she in turn was a live wire asking questions and giving thought through answers also! And when eventually there was something she wasn't 100% on, rather than BS me just to get me off the call, she said she's going to circle back to me w the answer. My takeaway? - Avalon Flooring is clearly investing in quality support staff, like Megan and Aspasia, so that we customers can be super served. Wicked good!”

“I used Get Floored back in 2016 and was very glad I did, so much so that when I had water damage and had to replace my floor I didn't even bother shopping around - I went straight back to them. Don't bother with the expensive chain places. Get Floored has a good selection, GREAT prices, and both floors they installed for me came out perfect. Their installers are quick and courteous. The owner Gennaro is super easy to work with, and he doesn't try to "sell" you on anything. He just wants to help. If I could give six stars I would!”
