“Most amazing customer service ever!! They are so accommodating and a pleasure to use! Just today I called literally 2 minutes before closing. I said I live a few minutes away and I really need a skirt for tonight. She said I should come now and she’ll wait for me. I told her I can’t leave the house now, if there’s any way she can bring it to me. With much graciousness and thoughtfulness and very very happily she drove and delivered it to me! A couple of minutes later I have the car pull up to my house with a big smile and my skirt. That’s really beyond amazing service!Services: Laundry wash & fold”
“Best laundromat and best owner in the business. The attendants who are here are always the sweetest and most helpful too. Great bunch of employees. I have been coming here since 2021. I always have the best experience at this laundromat. Tonight’s visit was outstanding by far. I had to run and do laundry last minute at 7pm. I was just about to take out my laundry bags from the trunk when a friendly gentleman approached me. He let me know that the tiles were being redone inside, and quite a few of the washing machines were out of service temporarily in the laundromat tonight except for the a couple small ones and the one really big one. I must’ve looked as disappointed as I felt because he then offered to take my laundry out of my car and bring it inside for me. He introduced himself as Ron. Ron offered to start the big machine for me as a courtesy for my inconvenience. I was thrilled. It saved me money. Couldn’t believe how personable and kind he is. (I still didn’t realize he happened to be the owner of Surf Suds.) Therefore, I asked him if he was and he said yes. I couldn’t thank Ron enough. He was a lifesaver for my wallet this evening. He really knows how to treat his customers too. He went around to others in the laundromat and asked them how their experience was going. He even asked everyone if they wanted food from the Chinese place next door. He went over to buy food for everyone. I live in the Boro. I’ll only come here. Surf Suds has my loyalty even more now. Exceptional service.”

“Was using a company to pickup, wash, fold and deliver my laundry, something changed with them so I was contacted by pat at fluff n fold, so I tried them and the other company. I at that point was so much happier with fluff n fold that now I'm a regular weekly client. They are fantastic and the owner is wonderful. If you want fantastic service at a great price, go no further. FLUFF N FOLD.”
“Was able to wash/dry a 15 lb weighted blanket here. Their machines hold up to a 35 lb capacity. The owner John was friendly. He has soap for $1 in case you forget to bring your own. The big washer cost $5.75 in quarters but there is a machine there to convert your cash into quarters. And I spent $2.25 on the dryer. The dryer is .25 cent per 5 minutes and the last .25 cents goes towards a 2 minute cool cycle. All in all, I feel like it was $9 well spent for a difficult to wash item!”
“THANK YOU FAST TAILORING!! I severely misjudged how much I would need to hem from my bridesmaids dress until 4 days before the wedding and fast tailoring saved me. They did a hem on my dress and had it ready in 3 days on no notice totally do to my own mistake. They were never rude and absolutely delivered a quick and exceptional service!”

Pick up and drop off at the Red Bank location is quick and easy. Marissa is always super chill and great for quick chat. I LOVE that this place knows what technology is, and you get emails with a drop off confirmation as well as one when your order is ready for pickup.

“We took two dresses in on Tuesday 7am for a wedding on Friday , one needed to be rid of THREE stains from the seamstress who hemmed the dress and my dress to be hemmed. They were so helpful and got all the stains out and hemmed my dress by 3pm today (Wednesday). Thanks so much! :)”

“I got married at Clark's Landing Yacht Club on Sunday, August 20th. When I went to put my wedding dress on (about an hour and a half before the ceremony) the zipper on my dress completely broke. One of my bridesmaids called this shop in a panic and luckily Bakul answered our call even though he was not supposed to be working. 6 of us ran into his shop in panic mode and he saved my zipper , dress, and wedding day in 5 minutes!!! I am so grateful to this shop and will recommend to everyone!!”

“I brought my wedding dress here to be hemmed at the last minute. I had made an appointment with a seamstress in another dry-cleaners for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, only to have the seamstress be on vacation when I showed up. I needed my dress back in a week, and tried several places, all with seamstresses on vacation.
When I walked into Bright Star and they told me the seamstress wouldn't be back until next week, I sobbed. It wouldn't be enough time to get my dress hemmed. The lovely woman running the dry-cleaners asked if I would be okay with her pinning it and getting it to the seamstress to do as a rush. Not only was I okay with it, she saved the day. The dress was perfectly hemmed and pressed and Bright Star really pulled through for me.”

“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”
