“I wanna tell you, this is the best Auto Repair service that I have ever received. They are honest they are concise and they are legitimate 100%. If you ever have a problem with your car, take it over to Trotters and within one day you will either have it fix or diagnosed to the exact point of the issue. They will not overcharge. He’s within the guidelines of the flat rate system and if there’s nothing wrong or he cannot find the problem, thhe will not charge you for diagnostics. On most conditions, he will find what your problem is and fix it within a Very reasonable amount of time to get you up and running. Say hi to Keith Sr and Keith Junior

“Tire craft of Point Pleasant Beach gained a lifetime customer. I purchased tires there and saw that they were very polite and professional . Later, after being told by a Honda dealership that I needed brakes.
I went to tire craft. They checked my car over and told me I didn’t need brakes. They charged me nothing for their time so when I needed an oil change, I went back. They changed the oil. They were very professional again and I was told I still don’t need brakes come back after the next oil change. I was so impressed with their honesty. I will forever be their customer. Mark at the front desk was so polite. He explained everything to me, and I am so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.”
“An hour from home and with a flat, I went into Lou’s at 445 on a Friday to see if I could borrow a lug wrench and jack to swap out my spare after I plugged the tire myself. Big name shop across the street offered to sell me tire(what?). Lou had one of his guys help me out and I was off in less than 10 mins. Wouldn’t accept any money I offered. A stand up shop”

“My vehicle came back repaired before expected, purring like a kitten, a small $100 additional problem was discovered but was not fixed pending my approval. Will be prepared within an a hour after I request it be replaced. Every replaced/ broken part and tire neatly stacked and marked for my inspection. All replaced parts/ tires legally disposed of without additional charge to me. Service fees were repaired and seen by myself. I paid the tip in cash from from my pocket directly to the very professional mechanic. All parts were seen by myself .The Large ugly bruise where I broke my arm tissue to assure myself I was indeed awake and not dreaming is healing fast and well. LMAO! I have a new friend and car mechanic. He made a follow up call to me to assure I was satisfied with his work and thank me for me generous gratuity.I, once again, have restored faith in neighborhood business. “I’ve been going to the WLB Jiffy Lube for probably 35 years. Today I experienced excellent service by all employees especially the Manager. I had to go back after a few days to have the tires they rotated checked. They went the extra mile and vacuumed inside and cleaned my windows! I’ll keep going back! Excellent.”
