I had the pleasure of meeting two different drivers for the delivery and pickup of our POD. Both were wonderful! Friendly and very kind. I would use PODS again and recommend this hub especially due to the professionalism of the drivers.

When pod goes to auction they fill it with trash & sell it as a Manager's Special so watch out with doing business with them. Pitiful company/Manager

Using pods was a very expensive mistake.. aside from being nickel and dimed for everything.. had paid for climate controlled storage.. when I went to pick up my storage container.. it was taken out of a dirty and cold Warehouse... Spend thousands of dollars just to keep my stuff out of the rain... Beware!.. strongly consider renting a storage room in your local area.. and save yourself lots of money.

Pods made my move so smooth. Had guys pack it. They picked it up right on time. Kept it till I was ready for it. Dropped off on time. No excuses. The drivers were so nice and respectful of the property. Definitely the way to go.

I used a large POD to store items after downsizing but not relocating permanently. Once settled I had my POD delivered. The online estimate of size you need, the person I spoke to when I ordered, the wonderful friendly drivers and transparent billing was so easy. The affiliated movers you can hire to load and unload were also so friendly and helpful.

I’m sorry to leave a 2 star but I just got off the phone with an employee who was talking poorly on all moving companies. The employee said “pods is the only company you can trust all others will lose your stuff.” That is unprofessional to the highest degree. When I asked to speak to someone higher than him he said the line is being recorded and asked to end the phone call. Not a good look to talk down on other businesses you don’t know.

Never again with this company!!! Pod was supposed to be in Franklin NJ... they bring it Farmingdale nj.... awaiting an inspection visit?that wasn't the deal. I don't understand this is dumb... never again
