We had a septic emergency last week, which resulted in us not being able to turn on any water, or flush any of our toilets. Eric and his crew came out within m two or three hours (Thank you!) and pumped our septic. He also provided me with information I needed to hear, regarding septic maintenance going forward. Thank you, Eric.

I had an excellent experience with Septic Pumping Services. Eric and Steve installed the septic system at my new home and were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They handled everything efficiently and the quality of their work was top-notch.
A few months later, I called them back to install a drywell system for my gutter runoff, and they once again went above and beyond. They did extra grading and drainage work — all at a very reasonable price.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great work with honest, reliable service. I highly recommend Septic Pumping Services to anyone who needs septic repairs or installation

Had a major issue with my septic. Steve came out in a very timely manner to trouble shoot the problem. Explained in detail the issue and fixed it on the spot. These guys are very good..I had them pump my septic tank and they helped me clear the area and refilled the same area where the second tank (which had become buried under 3 years of grass and dirt) and was difficult to find. Explain the whole process and seemed very knowledgeable !!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Eric from septic bumping services. They were hired to install a new septic system at my home, but the entire process left me frustrated and unsatisfied.
First, they damaged my fence during the installation, which I was told wasn’t going to be touched before hired and despite promises to repair it, they have not followed through. It cost me $2000 to repair. Additionally, they failed to properly level and cover the dirt and ditches after completing the work, leaving behind an unsafe mess with broken glass, plastic debris, sharp pieces, and exposed wiring sticking out of the ground. I have small children on the property. The entire job was supposed to take three weeks and it wasnt completed for seven months. He left the caps to the septic tank unscrewed for 3 months, I have small children, which is an extreme hazard and risk of them falling in and drowning. When the weather started to get warmer, there was a sewage smell taking over my entire yard , he never capped the pipes to the septic tank and left them sticking out for months without cutting them down. He finally came back after many attempts of asking.
They also ripped my electric out of the ground, even though I told them where it was. His contract does state that he is not responsible for ripping Electric out of the ground however, the electric that he pulled out was very important, after I expressed this to him, he said he would repair it for me, I thought this was very nice and it was very appreciated, but after he was paid in full he never came back to repair the electric, now I have unsafe live electric sticking out of the ground in my backyard. to keep Electric on now in my shed, I have to run an extension cord from my garage to my shed, which is also a hazard.
Their lack of cleanup and concern for safety has been unacceptable. I expected professionalism and thoroughness, but unfortunately, this company did not meet those standards. I would strongly advise caution before hiring them, as my experience has been quite negative.
PLEASE BEWARE!!! never pay him in full before the job and all his fake promises are complete. I am the furthest thing from a difficult customer. Eric maybe it’s a good idea you don’t make promises to your customers if you won’t fulfill them. My husband just gave him one more chance to make things right and he told us that he would take our house form us whatever that means and also file a A lawsuit against us. Do business elsewhere this was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had.

I highly recommend this great company! I initially contacted another company that wanted to charge me an extra $200 for same-day service, labeling it as an emergency fee. However, when I called Eric, they responded quickly and provided excellent service. They got me up and running in no time!

Awesome company!! Special thanks to Eric for stopping by and giving us new homeowners a peace of mind. We have a septic pump system that gets pushed out to city sewer. I called three different pumping services to find and pump my septic, but they couldn’t find the cap. In about an hour Steve found and pumped It out. He was like Indiana Jones finding the edges of a tomb.
THIS COMPANY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I will never call another company because SEPTIC PUMPING SERVICES is the best.

Called at midnight in a panic looking for a septic pump as my drains started over flowing and I thought my tank was full. Steve answered the phone and I explained the situation. The tank is less than 2 years old and he explained to me that it might be the filter in the tank causing the back up.Steve took the time to explain to me how to do this myself. I cannot thank him enough, this alone absolutely earned my business in the future. He did not need to go out of his way to tell me how to do this and I appreciate that.
