“We went for the first time to get a Christmas tree. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not only did they help us find a tree, they assisted with family photos too! The trees were all wonderful, the set up nostalgic, and the cost very reasonable for the tree/experience.”
“Always a great meal on burger night but one burger and get one for $5. The salmon burger is the best I have ever had. The waitresses are pretty inconsistent when it comes to the sides (some charge a fee and same don't to change the side from fries to a salad or onion rings). Great deal overall. The manager is very nice if he stops by your table.”
“I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I got married at jumping brook on Saturday 3/23/24, and I have no words other than perfection. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. And it poured rain all day long and it still was the perfect day. Diamond and Lady were absolutely perfect. Our drinks were never empty whatever we needed they took care of. Everything was on time and on schedule. I would have my reception there over and over again. We got so many compliments on the food and cocktail hour. It was all flawless! I can’t thank Jumping Brook enough for giving Kenny and I the most perfect day! If you are considering booking here for your wedding, stop considering and book them now, you won’t regret it !”

“We just had our 40th Class Reunion at the Waterview and had a fantastic night at this venue. Suzanne, the booking manager, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She was very accommodating and responsive. The main ballroom with the overlooking balcony was spacious and elegant. The passedhors d'oeuvres and buffet selections were all delicious. The pricing, scenic location and private parking are all perks that make this an ideal location to host events.”
“I recently had my husband's 60th birthday party in the Ballroom. My experience with Nancy & Beverly was to say the least outstanding. I had 70 guests rave about the food! I am so happy I chose to hold this special occasion with the Lobster Shanty. The whole evening ran like clockwork thanks to the staff. Their attention to detail was perfect. And many kudos to the bartender (Forgot his name) he was on his game and entertained the guests like a champ! Thank you so much to everyone that made this event happen for me! “We got married here on 5/4 and I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Allison was amazing to work with from the beginning and was so accommodating with our concerns and wishes. Nemo, our Maitre D, was unbelievable as well! He listened to all of our design and flow ideas for the day and set everything up beautifully. He ensured everything ran smoothly and is probably the most gentle and compassionate person I’ve ever met! Such a kind soul. The food was amazing, and everyone was raving about it! Sterling Ballroom served as a one stop shop for us - the hotel, getting ready (bridal suite + presidential suite *which by the way is humongous and gorgeous and where we slept Friday and Saturday night*), ceremony (both outdoor and indoor options, which btw our outdoor ceremony got rained out 30 min before ceremony and they made a game time decision to frantically set up the indoor ceremony space for us so beautifully and it was perfect!) cocktail hour, reception and after party in the colbalt lounge plus a space for breakfast the next morning. All our guests loved the venue so much and found it to be super convenient that everyone was in one place. They recently renovated the hotel and it is gorgeous and whimsical. From the hotel to catering staff, everyone was so helpful and easy to work with start to finish. I highly highly recommend Sterling Ballroom!!”
“Played this weekend and was kind of stunned with how awesome it was. Honestly surprised to see any bad reviews at all. Perhaps it is because it was so hard? Slope is 138, which is 2 points higher than Pinehurst #2 so it's good to set your expectations prior to the round.
Played all 27 and each 9 gives you a much different look. Pines is super narrow and reminded me of North Carolina with the waste areas and pine trees everywhere. Links was definitely a little more open but long and tough. Ridge reminded me a bit of twisted dunes with lots of cool water features. It is a shot makers course and definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.”

“We booked the Royal Banquet Hall for our sons’ Birthday party. It was the perfect choice. The hall was spacious, clean, and even had the perfect space to store and serve food and drinks. The bathrooms are nicely tucked away and don’t take away from the space of the hall at all. Ashleigh was a pleasure to work with and made everything easy from booking to the end of the party. We’re looking forward to celebrate here again in the future.”
“The food was awesome. I highly recommend the Sea Bass. However the service was lacking and our server seemed uninterested in us and would disappear often, even though the place was only half full. And, for some crazy reason, they feel blasting music extremely loud and to the point you can't have a conversation with the person next to you is somehow equal to great ambiance.”

“Decent hotel that feels clean and comfortable, even if it is not as updated as some other Residence Inn locations. The room had a nice layout with a fireplace and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast area was large and well stocked in the morning.
The only downside was the front desk service. The employee working last night was friendly but very slow, which made check in take longer than it should have. Overall, still a pleasant stay and a solid choice for the area.”
“After a 17-hour trip in the car with two teenagers, we needed some respite. Desperately making several unsuccessful calls to find lodging, Jim answered the call at Sonesta (Eatontown/Tinton Falls). He couldn’t have been more friendly at nearly midnight and found us a room! He was professional, courteous and genuinely caring while I vented my frustration regarding our situation. Based on the customer service, I would choose this hotel over the others in the area, but the rooms and beds were exactly what we needed! Again, I would thank Jim and recommend to clone him as an example for other customer service representatives. A++!”

“As a wedding videographer who frequents many different venues across New Jersey (Paige Wright Media) I have to say that Eagle Oaks is one of the absolute best! There are so many beautiful outdoor settings to take photos and videos, the getting ready spaces indoors are unique, spacious, and very comfortable even for large wedding parties. The outdoor ceremony space, the stunning atrium, and the ballroom are provide different looks and are very grand and beautiful. The food is truly top notch, the facility is very well staffed and clean, and even on the hottest summer day the AC worked perfectly all day so everyone was comfortable. The staff is professional and top notch. You cannot go wrong here!”
