Ever since Wall Storage became Extra Space Storage the customer service has become a lot better. I work for Ncr and get boxes delivered and picked up every day by Fed ex. Sometime there is a new Fed ex guy who would just give the boxes to the office or leave them outside our Storage unit. Extra Space Storage would bring them to our locker and put them in for us. They are friendly and maintain the grounds very well. I highly recommend them.
