I have placed orders here via the app and they have messed up my order numerous times. Most recent interaction had been ordering a chicken bowl and they put everything in but the chicken in this order. Previous time, I had a ordered a tuna salad through the same method and they forgot to include the tuna! 🫠 Please re train your staff so that we can avoid such things in the future!

Ordered an italian sub for work. instead of cucumbers... they gave me pickles. I hate pickles. so now I'm working a 12 hour shift with no food and want to throw up.
hope the employees read this and be more careful in the future. I get you're busy but such a small mistake can make a world of difference to your customers. thank goodness it wasn't an allergy issue.

Really Wawa, ty for ruining my breakfast.
This is supposed to be a pork roll and cheese on a bagel, not porkroll and burnt to a crisp cheese bagel.
This is not indicative of wawa.

Usually a good spot and salads are great. Made the mistake of ordering a wrap. When I unwrapped it, it was full of water..completely disgusting. It was supposed to be Chipotle chicken wrap, but there was no Chipotle sauce even though the ticket said it. What gives? When Wawa messes up, they mess up good! Good thing I bought chips since I didn't have time to take it back.

Come on Wawa, where's the beef? You call this a steak sandwich? I added on lettuce and tomato because I had a feeling this was going to small. Thank goodness I also added a bag of chips..otherwise it's all bread..even the lettuce and tomato was very, very skimpy..very disappointed Wawa

I work directly across from Wawa and my colleagues and I always get lunch at 1310 Highway 34 (#929). I Ordered a panini and grabbed a bottle of water, which came to $13.50. Before leaving the store I asked the woman who making food for a paper carry out bag to carry my food to my office. She directs me to the cashier, I walk to the cashier and ask her for a paper bag to carry out my food to my office. She tells No “I Will have to buy a red bag”… I explained to her that I was placed my order and simply would like a bag to carry my food across the street to my office. She then call for management, to which I fully understand because she has to follow protocol. What I’m upset about is the manager (male) At 12:50pm Register #12 Trx#558431 came over, I explained I would like a bag to use to carry my food to the office across the road. He tell me No, they are for carry out only. I explained I’m carry my food to my office across the road and really won’t want to carry it in my hand. He Then Said Again NO!!! As A Former manager I was shocked and disappointed that he would allow a customer to ask for a refund on food $13.50 over a paper bag. Simple Kind Gesture of one bag would have been awesome, but instead he looked me up and down shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care… I went back to tell my colleagues and boss at Fiskars Not To Order our company lunches and meeting food from your establishment again. If you would make me, a paying customer feel like a burden over a paper bag, making our lunch as a company must be an even bigger burden. Not sure who this will reach but hope someone will reach out.

Almost everyday when I come home from work late at night, there is a cashier named Lorento who just brings a smile to my face. Great food and great everything.

This Wawa messed up my order it was the right number but the burger was different and tasted bad but, I found out my cousin had my order but he still ate it and they didn't even put buffalo sauce.
