Extremely overpriced and mediocre (at best) service. I paid for a 60 minute massage and from the time I was brought back to the time I was leaving, it had been 50 minutes. Will not be back and would not recommend.

I love this location and have chosen to go many times. Front staff ladies are always kind, welcoming and very professional. Chloe, Kim and Danielle were in during my last visit, and they were so nice! The massage therapists are also good- so much so that I was prompted on my own to right this review. Very happy with my service here! I would recommend this location.

Don't get scammed like like me. My wife and I had never had massages and figured it would be a nice gift to each other, it was not. And to make it worse they make you sign up and pay for a " month to month cancel anytime " membership. Not wanting to go anymore after our one and only underwhelming experience they now say I have to pay 2 months fees to cancel my " month to month cancel anytime membership". Don't get scammed like us, just go somewhere else and pay for your massage as you want them.

Was not pleased and will not return. Everything is extra/scalp massage/foot massage always a part of my normal facials and my hands were not addressed either. Tech had garlic breath not overwhelming but noticeable. Just not my kind of place it’s back to my normal privately owned spa.

I just was trying to get a package for my cousin knowing that I been with hand and stone for years asking to speak to a manager today on Saturday and ms kelly the ladies that i spoke to was very fresh and was not trying to help me at all o things that the staff getting very unpleasant to talk to I'm very disappointed ?

I highly recommend Eric for your massage!!!! Eric is friendly and listens to and addresses your concerns. He is very knowledgeable and good at his craft. He alleviated tension in areas that I didn't even realize were in need of attention. I look forward to returning next month!

My wife and I had a couples massage at the Hands and Stone Bordentown location and it was a wonderful experience. Danielle and her staff were amazing, their customer service was second to none. After our terrible experience a few months ago at the Bethlehem location, we were reluctant to continue the services. Danielle and team showed how customers should be treated through their exemplary service. The massages were great by Willie and Carla. Although it's not our home location, we will drive the longer distance to have the phenomenal services again. Thank you Danielle.

I have been coming to this location for about 8 months now, so I feel pretty confident about their level of service. This H&S location is consistently clean & inviting. The front desk staff has always been friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable of their products. The massage therapists are excellent at what they do, as well as professional & courteous. Their overall high level of service at the Bordentown location is actually why I began to purchase a monthly massage. I can't say enough nice things about H&S Bordentown. Highly recommend!

Marina gives the best facials & Eric has magic hands! They are both great in their respective styles. Marina has been wonderful with getting my skin looking youthful. I recently visited Hand and Stone Bordentown for a spa treatment and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The front desk girls were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful in explaining the different services they offer. Their customer service was top-notch, which made me feel valued as a customer.I decided to purchase their membership for $79.95, which allows me to enjoy a massage or facial every month. This membership is a fantastic deal considering the quality of service and the relaxation I experienced during my visit. It's a great way to prioritize self-care and well-being on a regular basis.Overall, I highly recommend Hand and Stone Bordentown for anyone looking for a rejuvenating spa experience. First time there. We all live about 20-30 minutes away.. The service was wonderfully refreshing and friendly. The food was amazing (there were 4 of us and everything we ordered came out timely and awesome! ) The beer selection to die for and the ability to taste so many craft beers was such a great addition to an already delicious and fabulous experience. We will be back soon!
