“My girlfriend and I have been living here since 2023 and we love it. It's a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors. Plenty of sidewalk to take summer walks. We personally love their platinum unit which has a washer/dryer unit, as well as our balcony. SDK has started hosting community events every few months which are always fun, and a great way to meet your neighbors. If anyone's looking here, I highly recommend going through Jacqueline, she is a very nice and professional leasing associate who has always been very helpful and kind to us for both units we have rented here. She'll make the application process painless.”
“My mother has been living at Mansfield Village Apartments over 5 years. The apt is very nice. The leasing office manager is nice. The best part is the maintenance manager. He is so helpful and nice. He is very responsive and takes care of anything in the apartment as soon as possible. His team is so great at fixing any issues. It has been a nice experience so far.”

“Love this apartment complex ! For the price , u can’t beat it ! The apartments are so spacious and well taken care of ! Karl is a great landlord and keeps the units up to date and if there is ever an issue , he’s very helpful ! Has everything u could need including a balcony , central air conditioning, lots of natural lighting , tons of closet space, garages to rent , and they even accept pets!! Would definitely recommend this place !”

“I have had a great experience here at overlook apartments in Flanders in the 13 years that I have lived here. Their maintenance team is amazing and very reliable. Whenever we have had to call maintenance they are always here when we need them. They go above and beyond in their job to keep Overlook apartments looking beautiful and making it a great place to live. They are always friendly and professional and just great people all around. I especially would like to thank Lisa and Rob for all their help and their quick response today when we needed their assistance with an important repair in our dryer a few weeks ago along with several other times when we needed help in the past.
