“I lived in Netcong Heights for three years and had a great overall experience. Mary Allen and Denise from the leasing office were always extremely helpful and maintenance was always friendly, professional, and prompt as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move into the area!”
“5 stars because of our new superintendent Gene. He has been getting the job done. The grounds finally look clean especially the dumpster area 😳. If you need something fixed he is on it as quick as he can be. Gene is so friendly and outgoing. I have to say I’ve been almost 12 years and the place hasn’t looked better.”
“It's a nice size community of apartments spread out over 100 acres. There is plenty of parking from what I can see. This apartment complex offers NO amenities; no pool, no basketball court, nothing. As of January 2026 tenants can now have dogs for a monthly fee. You can have two dogs but you have to pay a monthly fee ($35/per month for 1 dog; $50/per month for 2 dogs). That said, all tenants must have $300,000 of renters insurance coverage. Furthermore, unlike many other local apartment complexes where barbecue grills are permitted; not so at Mansfield Village. However, during the summer months if you're downwind you can smell the intoxicating smells that only cooking on a BBQ grill can produce. Anyway, there are more amenities offered at other complexes; however, rental prices will be higher than at Mansfield Village. Mansfield Village is conveniently located on Rt. 57 in Hackettstown/Mansfield. Every necessary store or professional offices are all withininutes away.”
