I went in and purchased a set of brake light bulbs and they were the incorrect color so they ordered the correct one and when I went to pick it up, it was three dollars more but it was for only one lightbulb. The gentleman behind the counter didn’t even let me pay for the difference. It was a good way to start off my day. So the least I could do is come on here and leave them a good review. It’s a nice feeling when you walk into a store these days and you’re treated like someone they’ve known for years.”

After they finished the job I did not like something so I went back to them asking for some adjustment . Drew scheduled an appointment and it took less than 10 minutes to resolve the issue . When they heard that I was visiting from out of the area and needed to travel home, they went and picked up a wiper blade from a nearby Napa store for me and even came out to my car to put the blade in for me!”

“After jumping my car tonight I drove it straight to Advanced, I was greeted by Al right away. I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver (to manually pop my hood bc the cable is broken) I was having a hard time when Al came out to check on me and he got my hood open in five seconds, tested my battery, alternator, and starter and emailed me the diagnostics. What started as a very stressful night was quickly resolved with his customer service and automotive knowledge. Someone give this guy a raise!”

He said: "I already applied the discount to your purchase sir". At which time I thanked him for the discount, paid him and was on my way.”
