I had a massage at an intro rate with Jennifer.Great experience. Front desk was prompt and attentive. My massage therapist was soothing and she gave full time (maybe even a few min extra). My massage was a complete experience.I would return for another massage or even a facial.

This location has some excellent massage therapists and estheticians. However, I question their corporate policies and their business practices. I cancelled my 5 year membership because of relocation and immediately my 6000+ points were erased. ( Apparently it was in the fine print of the cancellation). I was never told verbally.I also feel that after enjoying a 90 minute massage, you should be asked if you want to use 2 membership packages, as that is $140, when the extra time is only an extra $43.So buyer beware of what goes on behind the scenes.

I liked this place until my regular masseuse left. My new masseuse has cancelled on me THREE times in a row, each time only hours before the appointment. It is also impossible to book an appointment any less than a few weeks in advance so I haven’t had a massage in three months, but I’m still being charged monthly membership.I was promised the manager would call me back the afternoon of my last cancellation. It’s been a week and no call. I’ll be looking for a new massage place unfortunately.

The spa is well kept and the staff is very friendly. I got a hot stone massage with Patricia and was very pleased. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I really loved that the beds were heated!

I haven’t had a massage in years and this was perfect just before the holidays. I am so impressed with this Spa, I enrolled in membership and have my next massage booked for January!

It's a nice place, clean and serene but the massage was just average. Maybe it was the matter of specific masseuse being not very good but I didn't feel relief after my 50min massage as I usually do

I didn’t love this location. My skin looked significantly worse after a facial and my massage didn’t touch any of my knots. I recently went to the Denville location and loved my experience there, so I would avoid Flanders in the future. And also, I had them cancel on me two separate times because the service providers had called out. I also had been waiting over a month just to get to my appointment, so my best guess is they don’t have enough staff. They really should not advertise walk ins with this kind of turn around time. Just my two cents.

This was the worst massage I ever had. The focus is getting you out within the allotted time...which is about 45 minutes. My therapist didn't address areas I requested. She only did her required routine. Don't waste your money here!

Extremely disappointed. Made an appointment several weeks ago for a birthday massage. Received a call 2 days before the scheduled appointment at 9:00 PM stating someone else took the spot and the appointment is canceled. Be advised, would not come back to this establishment again.

I had GiGi for a massage. Her hands were firm and strong which is what I needed. She is professional and friendly. I gave on a 4 instead of a 5 not because of her, but because everything to make it nicer you have to add $$$. All the little extra things like a hot towel or a scent in the room is more, That's just makes people wanna stay away from chains.GiGi gets a 5 star, Thank you

I would give the massage therapists 5 stars, however, I am giving the manager of this facility 1 star. I have had a monthly membership that I have requested be canceled for a few months now and I keep getting told that the manager has to 'approve' my request to cancel my monthly membership. This has been going on now for the last 3-4 months and my credit card keeps getting charged for a membership that has yet to be 'approved' to be canceled. I've made this request in person, over the phone, and on their website numerous times. I keep getting told that the manager isn't in yet and still needs to 'approve' it. I'm not sure what kind of a business they are running; however, I've never had such an issue with canceling a membership as I've had with this particular spa. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for running a very shady operation when it comes to their memberships. Shame on the manager for forcing a loyal customer to find a different spa due to poor business practices, because like I said, the massage therapists were wonderful.
