“Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff! The pet store outshines the bigger more well names with the best products at great prices! They also have an incredible selection of pet foods, toys, beds, collars, leashes and so much more! They even have a nice fish department. I highly recommend you stop by this store conveniently located off of route 10 East in succasunna rather than going to the well-known chain stores.”

“I recently bought a koi betta from this pet store, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The guy who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable about bettas and made the whole process so smooth. He was also super sweet and took the time to help me pick out the perfect plant hammock and a piece of driftwood to make my betta feel at home.
The betta I got is absolutely beautiful and was clearly very healthy and well cared for. It’s not often you find a store that really takes the time to ensure their animals are in great condition and that customers leave confident in their purchases.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for healthy fish and genuinely helpful staff.”

“Our 11-month-old pup had been turning his nose up at meals and dealing with soft stools for a couple of months. We’d tried different toppers and kibble from another store, but I knew it was time to head back to Well Bred for expert advice.
I explained everything to Alex, who spent a full 30 minutes walking me through different options. We left with a partially cooked food to use as a topper and a new kibble flavor to mix in.
Eureka! After just the first meal, our little guy started licking his lips. He’s now eager to eat, and things are moving in the right direction.

“The worker who was there, I don't remember his name. He was very helpful. He lifted a cat scratcher down from the top shelf. After I paid, I pulled up to the front of the store, he placed the scratcher in the back of my car. He was polite, courteous & more than willing to help me. On top of that, he has served our country & I thanked him for his service.”

“I went to PetSmart with my wife after going to Petco and not even seeing an employee. We're looking to get a new fish tank something small and I haven't had one in years so I definitely needed some help. I walked around Petco for 15 minutes and noone even bothered to ask us a question or look at us and we finally got frustrated and left. At PetSmart however, as soon as I walked in the door, I went to the fish section and there was an older gentleman named Mike, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained about the tank, the water and everything needed to maintain it and spent a good 15 minutes talking with us and then helped us to pick out the basics. We then picked out everything else we needed, proceeded to pay and left. We're going to go back and see Mike again to pick out the fish after letting the tank get established. Mike deserves a raise, A+++ experience. Thank you Mike.”
