First branch that not allow to withdraw your own money because they dont have cash in the bank. Isnt it bank requirement to have certain amount of cash on hand. Its not like i withdraw over 3 grand. Left this branch and go to another branch and they dont have problem at handing out the cash. Bad management in this branch. Btw its a business account, you never know when you will need cash for emergency repairs.

needed some cash, they limited me to 2k (said they didn't have enough cash in the volt) yet she pulled out at least 50k in front of me from the draw. I had to go to the Budd Lake branch then realized she never never gave back my card with my ID, because I was on a tight schedule as it was it would be a couple of days before I could retrieve my card. At least they were able to hold it and till Monday.... just a little frustrating. Banks should be accountable to have enough cash on hand to service requests for under 10k. just my opinion but what a PITA. You guys can do better

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited in the drive through for over a half an hour, with only three cars there including myself. I got an emergency call and needed to leave, so I pressed the button to ask for my money back so I could leave. And then I pressed it again, and again, and again… and guess what, again. They were blatantly ignoring me while looking at me through the window, but don’t worry, they weren’t ignoring the Porsche that pulled up way after me. I had to literally beep my horn, embarrassingly making me look like the jerk, and STILL none of them acknowledged me. FINALLY, after me yelling I have an emergency I need to leave the woman tells me to pull in the front and she’ll walk my stuff out. After all that, they hadn’t even started my deposit. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Extremely incompetent.

Save yourself the trip and go to Budd Lake they are much more friendly and helpful. I stopped in to Flanders today with some damp bills from a fire proof safe they have already been cleaned and dried and the guy (stated he was a manager, but was also only one there) wouldn't even look at them just said he wouldn't accept it. Called Budd Lake while I was in the parking lot and they said come on over we will take care of that. 10 minutes later the money is deposited in my account and they are taking care of the damaged bills (which the Federal Reserve allows banks to do).

As most TD bank Locations are exactly the same, what I can saw about this location is this: Great people work here that will make your time here more enjoyable and this location tends to not get real busy. For these reasons I give 5 Star rating.

I walked in to open a business account. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour. Not one person asked what I wanted. Nobody even said hi so I left. Terrible customer service.
