If I could give zero stars I would. Waited in the drive through for over a half an hour, with only three cars there including myself. I got an emergency call and needed to leave, so I pressed the button to ask for my money back so I could leave. And then I pressed it again, and again, and again… and guess what, again. They were blatantly ignoring me while looking at me through the window, but don’t worry, they weren’t ignoring the Porsche that pulled up way after me. I had to literally beep my horn, embarrassingly making me look like the jerk, and STILL none of them acknowledged me. FINALLY, after me yelling I have an emergency I need to leave the woman tells me to pull in the front and she’ll walk my stuff out. After all that, they hadn’t even started my deposit. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Extremely incompetent.

Save yourself the trip and go to Budd Lake they are much more friendly and helpful. I stopped in to Flanders today with some damp bills from a fire proof safe they have already been cleaned and dried and the guy (stated he was a manager, but was also only one there) wouldn't even look at them just said he wouldn't accept it. Called Budd Lake while I was in the parking lot and they said come on over we will take care of that. 10 minutes later the money is deposited in my account and they are taking care of the damaged bills (which the Federal Reserve allows banks to do).

As most TD bank Locations are exactly the same, what I can saw about this location is this: Great people work here that will make your time here more enjoyable and this location tends to not get real busy. For these reasons I give 5 Star rating.

I walked in to open a business account. I sat in the waiting area for about an hour. Not one person asked what I wanted. Nobody even said hi so I left. Terrible customer service.

Branch manager Josh is very rude short and abrupt he has very limited knowledge about the products and services offered by TD Bank if he can't answer your question even the simple ones he simply hangs up the phone, if you are looking for customer service look elsewhere.

They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with them, especially Ms zuleyha! She is an amazing woman with her smile and hardworking!

Came in on Saturday morning to open a savings account and was helped by a woman who was amazing! I am totally forgetting her name, but she made the process smooth and did it with a smile on her face. This branch is awesome!

I had a check from my client that was made out from a TD Check and I went in to cash it they said there is a $10.00 fee for non membersSo basically in order to cash it with out fee is become a memberThat’s essentially blackmail wow will never do business with this bank and will be declining payments of any TD bank check or card.What a disgusting practice

Overdraft fees have been illegal since 2010. This company still practices them and tries to create scenarios in which you do not have enough money based on inaccurate Ledger discrepancies. In other words, they make it easy for you to overdraft your account and there is no way to stop them.

Horrible place, they do not care about their customers, won't help and even will make things worst by lying to your face. Teller will lecture you with attitude, very rude, and then they will stop taking your calls. It is a mob not bank.

Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences. The teller had a horrible attitude and was just nasty. It seemed like she did not get enough sleep and was miserable being there. I went to close one account and thanks to her I will be closing my main account as soon as I switch my direct deposit to another bank. I could not wait to get out of there.

Always gracious and helpful. Just wish online banking gave a running balance after every transaction as BofA does. If it did, I'd drop BofA. Love the mobile deposit function; better than BofA.
