The manager, Maria, was so nice, sweet and kind to my son and I. She is a consummate professional and just the NICEST person. The entire staff there are exceptional and so easy to work with. My sons lenses got scratched very badly, very quickly. Maria assured us that it was a manufacturing issue and replaced them free of charge under warranty. No hassles or issues whatsoever. No reason for us to go anywhere else. Thank you all so much. Excellent service, well done.

These jokers don't seem to care for their patients. I ordered contacts and was told they would be shipped with in 7 days. Two weeks later called them to find out where they were and found they were not ordered. Then they called me a week after that to inform Me that they no longer make the contact that was ordered. After getting the run around I found out they ordered the wrong contacts anyway. They also will not fix the order over the phone. So I contacted 1800contacts and received my contacts with in five days. I'm still to recieve refund for their mistake.

I have been coming to this location for my eyes for years. Dealing with Alan and Maria (manager) has always been a wonderful experience. I have also seen numerous doctors over the years and have never been disappointed in my experience. But today I took my mother to see a Dr. Scott Schultz. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I called a week ago and he called me back. I asked if he felt he could examine my mother who has advanced alzheimers. I explained that you could ask her what she see's and she would say its beautiful outside. He said don't worry we can figure it out. Well not only could he not get her to answer him but anytime I tried to help he pretty much told me to sit down and he would deal with it. Well exactly what I didn't want to happen happened. I had to pay $85.00 for him to presume her glasses didn't need to be changed. If you have a loved one with alzheimers you are trying to do right by please do not use Dr. Scott Shultz as he really had no clue how to treat a patient with alzheimers or their caregiver.

Worst staff ever. They never answer the phone, won't make an appointment when you visit the store and hand you a paper to go online to book an appointment. We went online, booked the appointment and there was no requirement to include your insurance information. Arrived this afternoon for my sons appointment and the guy who came to check us in says he can't see him because we didn't upload the insurance info. Then says the paperwork they asked to have completed needed to reflect my sons information, which it did already. Also says after he was told that the paperwork was completed correctly that he needed the last four digits if the social... provide that and then states I don't know if we take your insirance.... maybe if you check the computer you would see that you do... oh and I failed to mention that this is my sons second visit not first... it was clear they didn't want to work today or anyway for that matter and we just walked out. I'll go up the block and get the right kind of service and spend my money on a professional. Its ridiculous that they are suppose to be convenient and they are not by a long shot. Fine by me..they could of earned 3 pais of glasses and 1 yr of contacts but my sons appointment was worth your time! Your loss.

Just had a contact appointment with Dr. Scott Schultz, for a minute I kind of forgot I was talking to a doctor. Hes so personal, outgoing and professional I'll always go back there and hopefully always continue in the future.

This doctor needs his own eyes checked. First, I went in for an eyeGLASS exam and somehow got suckered into both eyeglass and contacts. Was told I had astigmatism and given sample contacts - DID NOT NOTICE ONE SINGLE DIFFERENCE. And then he gave me a prescription to use with the contact brand of the dr's choice; it wasn't even an overall exam. My eyes were not dilated - first for me for an exam. I went back mad demanding a refund and 3 minutes later, the dr "left." So I took the samples out of my eyes and slammed them on the counter. You'll hear back from me. I'm also reporting your practice.
