I’ve been to Art’s before and was pleased with the work he’s done. Came in to see if they could replace a sensor. Was in the middle of telling the lady in the office that I had a replacement sensor in the car as I tried to do it myself, but didn’t have the tools. She got emotional, throws the keys back to me before I can finish and says “I’m tired of playing this game” and stomps off. I didn’t care if they used the sensor or not. Good mechanic, unprofessional front office.

A friend referred me here. I'll tell ya, this is the auto shop to go to. I needed brakes and rotors. Had initially gone to the dealer who obviously was going to rip me off. I worked with Dave at Arts auto shop and he was great. He checked to make sure the calipers were OK. He saved me about $300.00. I finally found a shop i can trust and isn't going to rip me off. Great job guys!

By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.

A shipping company left my boat abandoned on the side of the road at 900pm. Dave towed the boat to a save spot and helped me get 2 new tires on trailer. Dave went above and beyond what a service provider when have done. There are nice people in the world
