I’m not hating on you guys but if you lock your doors at or around 7:00 - 7:15 and stop answering the phones you should change your hours to 7:00 it’s a huge inconvenience for people to drive out to a closed store that says it open till 8:00. Not to mention you’re still in the store with the lights on hanging out in the chairs watching people walk up to the doors confused why you’re closed.

Crickett is rude and demeaning when she speaks to you. She lacks customer service and the understanding of services att offers. Her entitlement is unreal.
Cricket first set up our account a year ago and we had months of issues that took so much time and frustration to resolve. We came back to do some updates and dealt with Omar who was a pleasure. He was extremely polite and got everything updated quickly.
Had to come back to store again and was welcomed or not so welcomed by Cricket, as a manager attitude and how you welcome a customer matters.
Unfortunately after several bad experiences, with Cricket won’t be back to this location, especially if she is present in the store.
I will give the store two stars because of Omar.
**website states you can either call or go to store to return or exchange. then you hit find a store and guess what Flemington shows up. But cricket “knows what the website says but she “can’t”. Can’t and won’t are two different things and when I called att they advised me along with the website that the store in fact can. So wanted to include photos for training purposes.

I’ve always had a good experience at this store but when I went today, during store hours listed online and on the door, the door was locked and there was no one inside. All the lights were on and there was a bag on the table as well. I tried calling and there was no answer. Very confused as to why this would be.

I stopped In the store In a panic Approximately a week ago because I had lost my Iphone and Mike was so helpful And patient through the process. In addition, I had some personal things going on, so to say I was under stress and having anxiety is an understatement. He and Jamie, the district manager were so understanding and compassionate, and walked me through the rest of the process so patiently. I ended up finding my phone the next day and upgraded anyway because Of the way I was treated, and also for the way things were explained thoroughly to me so that Mike went out of his way to find a plan and phone that I am thrilled with!!

Super disappointed in my experience at this store. We came in on Black Friday for a promotional deal (phone trade in, new phone purchase). Sales was very unclear (apparently) about the phone contract and provided inaccurate information about the procedure for phone trade-in. When we returned to the store today to correct the issue, we were told there is nothing that can be done since we are “far beyond the trade in deadline” (5 days from a deadline we were unaware of). I’m most upset about the fact that we were given inaccurate and incomplete information from THEIR sales representative, which will now effect me on a monthly basis for the length of my phone contract. I will be switching from AT&T as soon as possible because I NEVER had issues like this, including the poor customer service, with our previous cell phone carrier.
