Glenn and his team were super helpful throughout the home buying process. He talked me through the whole financing process before I even started touring homes, and he helped me figure out my final purchase price based on what I could comfortable afford for a monthly payment. The whole process was much more transparent than with other lenders I had considered, and it made the process of purchasing a home so much easier than I thought it would be!

I found Benchmark Lending through a google search and I'm so glad I did. As a first time home buyer, I didn't know anything but the team was so nice, responsive, attentive to my specific situation, it was amazing! Not to mention they have really helpful videos on their website that explain the whole process so you can be more familiar with what to expect. Glenn and Jami were a dream to work with!! They were constantly checking and made me feel hopeful when things were going horribly, lol. Anyways, highly recommended!!

As a first time home buyer I highly recommend Glenn and his dedicated team! First we were unfamiliar with many aspects of the home buying process which Glenn was able to clearly explain and provide referrals to other industry experts that we worked with for house hunting and closing. Second, Glenn and his team - Jami in my case - were so highly communicative and open to answering all of my questions any time I needed (which was many times).

Glenn and his team were OUTSTANDING from start to finish. We contacted Glenn about 3 years ago about purchasing a home in NJ but decided to move to another state instead but always knew if we ever moved to NJ he would be our top pick. When we decided again to move to NJ I reached out to Glenn and he immediately reached out...it was like not talking to old friend in awhile and just picking up right were you left off. Not only is he one of the nicest people you will meet, his professionalism takes it to the next level. His clients are his top priority, moving from the West Coast back to the East Coast is stressful enough but working with Glenn and his team was just one less thing to stress about. Glenn checked in once a week from the time we started to the process to the time we closed on the house and even now he calls to check in. This is difference in feeling like you are just a transaction versus building a relationship based on trust. Thanks Glenn!
