BJ's Wholesale Club is a well-organized store with clear signs, kept beautifully. Many find shopping easier, especially using the BJ's app to scan items and apply coupons. Positive experiences are frequently highlighted, with customers mentioning wonderful, pleasant, and extremely helpful employees who make the experience great. Special shopping hours are offered for members age 60+ and for First Responders. However, some report consistent issues with products being out of stock and not restocked, particularly for items like baby and laundry products. This can be frustrating over several weeks. Despite this, many customers express high satisfaction, especially with services like the bakery, where a graduation cake turned out perfect and much better than expected.
I have been shopping in the BJs store in F lemingtoin since it opened. It's the best deal in town and I actually enjoy shopping there. Almost always Marilyn is at the register when I check out and I have to give her immense credit. She's always cheerful, helpful and patient. I LOVE BJ'S.

Typical warehouse club. More name brands than Costco.

Small and lacks a deli, bakery, full meat department and rotisserie chicken. But, the store is well stocked and staffed.
