They provide you with detailed photographs of the car when you check in.
Here are some tips when going to Hertz:
-be prepared to present you drivers license and credit card (even if you check in online they still need them and it did not cause an inconvenience)
-there is a key drop box at this location (I don't know if they advise it, but I was able to return the car outside of business hours)”
