“Great experience at this location. They honored the price of the vehicle that I booked even though it wasn't available. The customer service is friendly and efficient.
They provide you with detailed photographs of the car when you check in.
Here are some tips when going to Hertz:
-be prepared to present you drivers license and credit card (even if you check in online they still need them and it did not cause an inconvenience)
-there is a key drop box at this location (I don't know if they advise it, but I was able to return the car outside of business hours)”
