If I could give it a “0” I would. I went in today to open an account for my 7 and 8 year old. They were excited to have their first checking account. 3 women working, not 1 customer in the building and after waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes, as the women were sitting on their desk gossiping, I was told they have appointments coming in and weren’t available! These women are jokes of employees and should be ashamed of themselves! I am disappointed and disgusted by their laziness! Good luck to their manager. Terrible experience

Wow, I’m originally from Flemington, but I now live in Denver. Had a big issue I need corrected on the last day of the year while I was visiting and the staff here helped me as if it was my local branch and I truly appreciated all the effort. Great staff! Thanks again.

I just closed all my accounts with Chase after learning they are the main global funder of fossil fuels. CHASE, STOP FUNDING THE LINE 3 PIPELINE! Protect our water and forests; respect the rights of Indigenous Peoples; stop global destruction.

Of I could give Chase zero starts I would. I deposited a check at the ATM. Apparently there was an ATM error and it froze my account. My account has been frozen for 4 days so far. I’ve been on the phone with their “customer service” for 4 days. Pathetic! Already opened an account elsewhere and when my account in unfrozen I will empty it!! I will never bank at Chase and recommend no one does. It can easily happen to you.

Not to talk about how poor their services. But I want to focus on this complaint. It’s about the fact that that is a cashless bank!!! Cashless bank! I walked in to get change for a 20 and I was told that this is a cashless bank to drive across town if I need to change. Completely unbelievable time to switch banks !

The customer service is less than acceptable. All he wanted to do was change my address to get ran around telling me they could not do it to go on the website. I went on the website they told me to go into the branch. Training is important management should understand that
