terrible service with Aetna rx plan at cvs Chester NJ location I've been waiting for a prescription for nearly a week. my doctor sat on hold for over 15 minutes today as I was sitting in my appointment to speak to pharmacy. I called for an update this afternoon and tried to explain to a very rude pharmacist (Claudia) about this. She had an argumentative attitude instead of offering any sort of customer service. Guess I need to change my prescription plan.

Don't go to this CVS I called the manager and they dont care either! I will send a letter to corporate for the horrible service and the people who work there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to. The most unorganized least knowledgeable people I've ever encountered. Be prepared to wait in the drive through line for 30+ minutes and wait on a covid test results for more than 5 days.

Dirty store, rude staff. They expect you to use the self checkout and ignore customers waiting at the register. Steel shelving left for days blocking the aisle for customers to risk tripping over. The carpeting hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time., trash throughout the store. The entrance always has trash by the shopping carts. POORLY MANAGED STORE

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I've been a member of. My insurance forces me to go through them and I just moved to this area. Good luck trying to get a pharmacist on the phone, once I waited 45 minutes. Then when I was finally able to pickup, the drive thru took 20 and I was the only one in line. Absolutely terrible.

There are 2 lanes for drive through. 3 cars were lined up in the lane nearest the building, so I went to the empty 2nd lane. Being proactive I sent my prescription though the tube. Well, the first car left, and I was thinking they were gonna take me, No. They took the 2nd are in line nearest to the building. I said OK, they were here before me. Well, that car left and they took the 3rd car. (you would think, common sense, she can see me, that I would be next) So, I pressed the "Call" button, and they came on and said...I will be right with you (and hung up). So they proceeded to complete the 3rd car, once that was done, she asked me, How can I help? I said, please send back my prescription. after waiting 45 min, I gave up and took it and drive off. Didn't say anything to them. They lost another customer. Suggestion: Have a notification inside, for which drive thru lane they should help. I'm sure TD bank has it. This way, when the person inside doesn't see or hear the 2nd lane is occupied, they'll know and maybe they'll have "Stratified Customers"

Horrible horrible horrible. You can't get help from pharmacy in store or over the phone. I've been waiting and waiting for my prescriptions and nobody answers the phone and there's always a long line. The manager doesn't care and is rude. I'm currently on hold with the pharmacy trying to get assistance from them and I've been on hold for an hour!! I'm switching from CVS to a completely different pharmacy. Pre COVID they were bad and now it's worse.

Horrible attitude from cashier in the front, and horrible representation of the CVS brand. I called the previous night to see if they had something in stock and someone said to come in first thing in the morning. I did exactly that - went in right as they opened in the morning and was told they don't know what they have, as they haven't unpacked everything yet. Fair, that's fine. I asked if there was someone who knew and was first told that the guy in charge of unpacking couldn't come out because he didn't have a mask on. So I was brought to the cashier who condescendingly said to me, (and I quote) "that guy just told you we haven't unpacked the boxes yet, and I just started two weeks ago. Have you tried Costco?". He could've said that without his horrible attitude and also, I didn't need to know when he started his job. The rude and lazy customer service/toxic culture clearly starts at the top as the store manager couldn't even be bothered to put on a mask and help out a customer for 30 seconds. I've had similar questions for CVS back home where I live and they've usually been extremely helpful and able to tell me what they had. If they didn't know, they didn't give customers attitude. The worst experience I've had at CVS, but thanks for the suggestion - going to Costco from now on.

Beyond Disgusted With Damaged Merchandise At This Flemington, NJ Store, Across From Home Depot... Because of the pandemic I'm not sure whether the following issue is the fault of CVS Corporate--who are not allowing any returns during this pandemic--but, in any case, here's my situation. I purchased two bars of Tom's-of-Maine Creamy Coconut Soap in 5 ounce bars. The price on each bar is an exorbitant $5.55. I've been buying this product at this store for as long as I can remember without a problem with the soap. But, ever since the pandemic began, I have gotten stuck with two bad bars of this soap. Both were tainted with black grease. The grease was embedded in the soap apparently during manufacturing and could not be seen until after the wrappers were removed. My wife told me she had no success working with the Toms-of-Maine Company directly, which is owned by Colgate-Palmolive. An hour of promises on the phone from Toms-of-Maine resulted in "nothing" so then my wife contacted Toms-of-Maine on their Facebook page and they apparently removed my wife entries from their Facebook page. My wife tried CVS's Facebook page and promises were also made and not kept. Machinery grease on soap is disgusting, CVS, and then not to reimburse a customer for damaged goods is inexcusable. No wonder there are so few customers in this CVS store, both now and before the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, I bought a bath brush at this location for my wife and that had a broken wooden part on it. We ultimately returned it to another CVS and we checked their bath brushes and they did not have any defective bath brushes. It just appears to be this particular store that is selling some defective merchandise at regular prices. On the good side, the store is light and bright with very nice employees. I will probably skip CVS for any needs going forward.

As an employee of the company here is a pro tip. The company is cutting back on hours left and tight and cutting back on employees in the pharmacy. This store in particular has had problems with the head pharmacist leaving and being with out a head pharmacist for some time. While they have gotten a new pharmacist it's always a matter of playing catch up with the amount of volume that comes into the store and everyone feeling they are entitled to be served before everyone else. It is first come first serve and same with the drive thru. You are to drop off a prescription leave and then come back and pick it up. Not SIT there waiting for it. It does not work that way. If any once here wants to b**** about the company then b**** to corporate for slashing our hours and leaving us with three people at a time to deal with the amount of prescriptions that any of our store get and fill in a daily basis. If you don't know the backstory then how about shutting up and learning about it

Nice store inside but trying to speak with a pharmacist? Total nightmare. Phones never work. Average phone wait time is 10 -15 minutes and we are calling from a physicians office. I get it they really want everyone on mail-order but until that happens staff your pharmacy!

This place appears to be under new management & is absolutely disgusting. There are huge dead cockroaches in the corner by the freezers for the past week. The first time I was horrified but figured they would clean up. Two days later told the cashier, who agreed with me it was disgusting. My wife came home over a week later to report the bugs were still there. Fine, they can stay but we're leaving. The Walgreens in Flemington is clean and has a better ice cream selection!
