Zero Service. Totally unwelcoming. Not at all helpful. Ask for help finding at item and the clerk acted as though I was interrupting his work of restacking the aisles. Wont go here again

I am someone who frequents CVS often. I stopped in this particular site today to get some water on my way to work.This Particular site should be absolutely ashamed of the status of their bathroom. Not only for the the patrons but the staff alone. I would never recommend anyone to use this CVS. I didn't even purchase my water, due to the uncleanness.

As I was shopping for the essentials I needed especially for a spicy night! I needed recommendations. I saw a lovely young lady and approached her. She helped me so much and was amazing help! The employee’s name was riya I thank her so much especially kindness and advice she was able to give!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Today I went to pickup an important RX two hours before pharmacy closing and they had a sign on the window that they closed early. I had called earlier in the day to check closing time and never did they mention they were leaving early. How in the world does a pharmacy do that? How about all the people that need their medication and can’t be without it. I had to get ahold of my Dr and get an emergency RX done at another pharmacy because I can’t be without the medicine. This is not the first time they do something like this either. It is the most unprofessional, disorganized, no regard for the customers and their health pharmacy I have ever seen. I will be contacting corporate as well. This is disgraceful. I feel for people that not getting their meds could cost them their life. Especially the elderly. I will be finding another pharmacy that understands the seriousness of this kind of establishment. If this was a small business, it would be shut down.

Staff is rude, they lose your perceptions, they never have the perceptions ready or in stock for that matter. Just another number to them.
