Restricted a pharmaceutical manufacturers coupon demonstrating complete lack of knowledge for my wife. I use a local independent pharmacy never having issues and despite my warnings my wife continued to use CVS now with this disastrous result with their lack of knowledge now restricting care. Very disappointed and sad, I am sure others have been victimized as well.

Had shopped for some things I needed and upon self checking out my coupon got caught somehow and sale wouldn’t go through. The young man behind the counter came out immediately to help me. After a few tries the order through. So glad he was there

Nicest pharmacy staff! I wished there was more availability for the drive thru. I still much prefer this pharmacies the the rest in the area. They also deliver with the nicest delivery people! Awesome pharmacy!

I drive all the way from Hudson county back home to come to this location. Pharmacist along with the rest of staff are the best in the biz. Multiple times have filled things immediately upon receiving script from my physician because of my own lack of adequate planning/timing (thank you again for helping me make my flight out of JFK on time)
The long drive can stink, but it's worth it knowing there's a team of overly helpful staff members taking care of my medicine. Thank you all!

There is a beautiful angel named Yvonne Patel who works in the pharmacy. My son just started getting seizures and I needed a special nasal spray and it was so expensive around $1000 dollars.
I gave her a coupon that said $20 and she said it will still cost around $400 I just cried and prayed because I've been going through so much I just lost my mom and then my son is autistic and now having seizures.
I saw her working diligently to make something happen for me and I just kept praying.
She made it happen for me, and I got the medication for $20 dollars. She then came over and gave me the most genuine hug ever.
I really appreciate how much she cared. Thank you so much Yvonne ♥️

Alyssa was the sweetest angel and helped get me things at the drive thru while my baby slept in the car. She went above and beyond helping get me tissues, healthy cough drops, and a decongestant. If every business had employees that worked at this level of customer service, the world would be a much happier place.

Weirdest, rudest interaction ever with any employee. I’m at self checkout and scan one item. As I’m going through the steps to pay, I feel this heavy breathing down my back. As I turn around, I notice this lady just staring at me. I ask, can I help you? And she replies wrong, CaN IIIIIIIII HeLp YoU? I just stare at her because genuinely thought she was mentally ill and lost or unsure of where her guardian was but she then walks over and starts touching my screen while I’m trying to pay with my card. Turns out, she’s an employee putting her # in the register to process the transaction. No explanation, no uniform, no other words exchanged other than what I typed verbatim above.
Awkward, weird, rude, unprofessional and quite frankly borderline disturbing.

Really poor customer service. Ordered items online. Order confirmed. Went to pick them up and didn't have them. Staff and manager were clueless.

Absolutely infuriating place to try and get anything done at. Terrible experience, staff isn’t friendly and gets easily confused by the slightest of issues that arise. I keep thinking it will get better there and it never does. I give up, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I went through the pharmacy drive thru and the cashier Alicia or Alison was so very nice to me. She was very encouraging because I just moved to Ringoes. She helped me not only with my prescriptions but, transferring them, recommended the CVS website, told me about the streets how they wind and her personal experience with living there. I appreciate this so much. I don't believe I've ever had GREAT customer service like this before. Thanks so much. It really made my day.

Pharmacy refuses to fill a legal ADHD prescription because the pharmacist believes that they know better then an industry leading doctor with decades of experience. During a national adhd medication shortage.DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMBAGS YOUR MONEY OR PATRONAGE
