Efficient and Friendly at Ciocca Flemington.The customer service representative, when confirming my online scheduling for a service appointment, was friendly and very on top of things. Appreciated the timely, subsequent updates provided when the new tire delivery needed for the service appointment was confirmed (delaying original service appointment time). The video update sent via text once my vehicle was on the rack was very helpful.

I received the letter from Ford about the Customer Satisfaction Program concerning the software update to fix the charger cord plug possibly getting stuck in the charge port. Shortly afterwards I got a call from Ciocca Ford to set up a time for their mobile service tech to come to my house to do the update. I was really surprised, I had no idea that such a service even existed. The tech arrived as scheduled and immediately began the process. He was courteous, professional and efficient. It was a very nice convenience to have this type of service done right in my driveway, without the need to go to the dealership. I am very happy and satisfied that Ciocca Ford provides a mobile service. I would highly recommend Ciocca Ford.

Back in June I came in to check out a vehicle that they confirmed was in stock, upon arrival it turns out the vehicle was sold “weeks” ago. They contacted me in September saying they had a similar vehicle in stock and I came in to check it out- put a down payment down and I left to get financing. I found a vehicle with less miles and lower price elsewhere so I asked for my deposit back. After 3 trips here to pick up the deposit and getting the run around, finally I’m able to pick it up- but here I am sitting in the waiting area for an hour for someone to come out to give me a check. I’m glad I gave my business to a different dealership with competent and attentive sales and service people.

I had a great buying experience. I went to the dealership late afternoon Saturday just to look at a Ford Explorer. Dave the salesman came out and showed me the car. I wasn’t looking to test drive that day I was just looking if the size inside would fit our needs. He offered for me to take it for a ride which I did. When we got back he asked how I liked it and left it at that. There was no pressure to buy that day which is why we ended up going back two days later to purchase the vehicle. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was such a smooth and easy transaction which made me really excited about my new ride!!

Very helpful in buying out our lease. I expected pressure to buy a new vehicle and extended warranty. While these topics were discussed they were not at all pushy which was refreshing and appreciated. We were in and out quickly to complete the transaction. Will definitely return for my next new car purchase based on this experience.

My experience was great with the Flemington dealership. I am a returning customer- I had a nautilus previously and returned because of the great service even if this dealership is about 50 min away from me. Peter was amazing ensuring that he followed up with all my questions, find me the right car, handled returning my other car and gave me a white glove services all over! Mike also answered all my questions and helped with the financial aspects. Overall this dealership make you feel like a special client and want your business!

I was just in for recall service on my 2014 F-150 and they certainly redeemed themselves from my previous visit.1) they had the truck done 3 hours earlier than the promised time.2) not only was it washed, but they wiped down the interior dash or my grimy, beater farm truck!3) they didn’t charge me for replacing the drain plug with the oil change!4) no extra charges for diagnosing anything!Well Done

Mike in service scheduled my appointment for service & a recall around my 3 day getaway vacation. When I dropped my bronco off I was impressed with the professional, kind and courteous customer service.Upon returning to town, I called an hr before picking it up and he made sure that it was not only ready when I came back but had it sparkling clean.

I took my Lincoln in for 2 recalls and an oil/change. I got a loaner since there was recall work and when I sat in he loaner, it was filthy. I didn't have time to walk back in, and luckily, my Lincoln was parked nearby so I grabbed some wipes and wiped down the seat/steering wheel from the stickiness/dirt.When I picked up my car the next day, it was supposed to be washed, and it clearly wasn't. I let the service rep know and he was very nice and apologetic and offered a wash while I waited (but, I needed to get to work so I couldn't wait) so he offered a free wash voucher.The service of my vehicle itself was good. I did like the video provided where the tech explains what was done to the vehicle, that's a definite positive from the change in ownership.Overall, the service was OK and any issues were looked to be rectified. The service rep was apologetic on both counts. Perhaps it was an off day, I'm sure they will address the issues internally and I'm looking forward to a more positive experience next time.

Great place to buy a car. Salesmen Binky Singh is easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and patient. It was a pleasure buying a car there. EDIT: Last week, I brought my car in again, this time for the check engine light and another try at that recall. I’m happy to report that communication between me and the service techs was much better. I was advised right away that the parts would take some time to arrive, and we were able to reschedule my appointment accordingly. Thank you!I scheduled my Fusion online for an oil change and to take care of a recall for the brake lines. Was called a day later and told the recall could not be performed at the same time and needed to be separately scheduled at a later date (concerning due to the safety-critical nature of the recall). Was called again the next day asking if I’d like to trade the car in for a new one. I consider this a bit too aggressive a sales tactic - I made an appointment with the SERVICE department, not SALES. If I were in the market for a new car, I’d know to contact the latter - or answer one of the monthly brochures I get in the mail. My service was performed without incident, but when I asked the technician to schedule another appointment for the recall, I was offered a date just a few days later. Both the tech and I were stumped as to why the recall couldn’t be done that day with the oil change instead of me having to waste time on two separate appointments. Overall, not impressed with Flemington Ford’s new management.

I could not be happier ! Mark Schmaling made the whole procedure smooth and effortless. I came into the Ciocca Ford/Lincoln dealership in the morning and drove out with my new Corsair in the afternoon.Mark was thorough and efficient explaining everything to me. Went in to look at pick up trucks and to turn in my Edge. Out sales person Peter P. was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained a lot of things to us and treated us with the utmost respect. Kelly was great too. She helped us through the financing and explained everything that we were receiving. Thank you so much to everyone that made it possible for us to ride away with a beautiful 2023 F150.
