Appointment for oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check was efficient and well done. Waiting lounge was comfortable and quiet. Very friendly service. I appreciated how they sent a video explaining the results of the maintenance check and also verbally went over the results with me too.

I had a good experience with my car getting serviced. Jeff Aranjo was my service consultant. He was responsive and professional. I received a video of the work that needed to be done on my car which was great so I knew exactly what needed to be fixed/replaced. That was much appreciated. All in all it was a good experience!

Our daughters 2013 Subaru was losing the brakes. Shaun was so helpful getting us in the next day. The tech did a complete and thorough check of the car and found a few other issues which we did not know about. It was all fixed in one day and very grateful as our daughter travels a lot! I had a great experience buying a new car here! Jeannette was fantastic to work with. She was kind, answered all of my questions, and wasn’t pushy. I really appreciated how well I was treated by everyone I spoke to. I drove over an hour to go to this dealer and I would gladly do it again!

Michael was so helpful and accommodating for my schedule! They made sure I had a reliable loaner car to get my kids to school and myself to work. Wonderful communication, excellent service and my car drives beautifully since I’ve gotten it back. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

First time, and probably last time, I ever rate a car dealer 5 stars. This team is better than any I've experienced in the past.Service is great and responsive, and Subaru was able to handle my issue without cost. The team really did their best to help me, which is not something I expect from a dealer.

Had a fantastic experience at Ciocca Subaru of Flemington. Walked in with one car and left with two. They were honest and upfront, and gave us a deal that two other dealerships couldn’t/wouldn’t. A huge thank you to Dan and Eric for all your hard work, and for staying late to get this done for us. We could not be happier and will recommend this dealership to everyone we know.

Had a straightforward car buying experience but the service department here leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve been a Subaru owner for over a decade and in various states. This is by far my worst experience. They offer you 2 free oil changes with your new car purchase so I came in for my 1st one. The waiting area is not up to subaru standards with it lacking in ample indoor seating and refreshments. They also do not offer a free car wash with your service as almost all dealerships do. On top of all of this, I have been hearing a vibration sound in my new car and wanted them to take a look at it. They told me I had to pay a diagnostic fee to start and if nothing was found I’d still be liable for the fee. It’s a new car, that I bought from them. Overall, I know inventory is scarce and buying from them is a different experience than getting service from them. Just make sure to take that into account.

The person who helped me, Ashley Michelle, was very friendly and helpful. I was also sent a video by the technician inspecting my car, which was new to me.This was my first visit to the dealership since Ciocca took over. I’m glad to see that their service is even better than before!

I called ahead and made an appointment to have an airbag recall done. It was scheduled approximately 1 and 1/2 weeks from the date that I called. I dropped it on a Thursday night to have it completed on Friday. While the dealership was very communicative and friendly during the call updates on Friday it was not complete on that date. They offered a loaner which I politely declined as we were able to make do with the loss of the vehicle until Saturday when they indicated it would be done. I called twice on Saturday and did not receive a return call. I called again on Monday when they reopened and had to apply gentle pressure to ensure that the car was completed by the close of business on Monday. At the end of the day it was actually completed after having a couple of communications with them , however they had the car for 3 days and we had an appointment on Friday to have it complete. A bit disappointed that it took this long to get completed.

Very very good. Great car shopping experience. Service professional, thoughtful, warm. Very patient to help me solve the problem of buying insurance, let me quickly pick up the car. The car was very clean and full of gas, which surprised me. I give it five stars without hesitation!
