Sorry, I was not going to leave a poor review, but this happened on two separate service visits. The mechanic(s) like to lose bolts or not tighten them well enough! Twice I had to return my car to the shop shortly after getting service here due to missing bolts. One was missing from a wheel and another was on a caliper. This is unsafe practice! Please train your mechanics or get better ones.Edit: I am choosing to remain anonymous. I have already given you a second chance after reviewing and correcting the problem the first time. You took responsibility which is good. After the second occurrence that was enough. I just want to warn people that they may get their car back with less bolts than they took it in with. There is nothing left for you to do with me personally, just do better for everyone else! Thanks for reading.

My experience with Fred Beans Nissan at Flemington New Jersey was red carpet treatment all the way. From the phone call to the last signature. Me and my wife were very pleased and Andrew, took care of us like we were family. I love what they offer in the protection plan for the vehicle that I just purchased. Definitely took advantage of that. They made us feel welcome, and that's what you want when you are spending a lot of money. I like that. I definitely will be doing business with them again to purchase another vehicle. Thank you again Fred Bean and his team 5-star all the way.

Don’t get scammed by these guys. I’m shocked seeing reviews saying their maintenance is the best. For me it’s been the exact opposite. They sold me a plan to cover the maintenance on my car and every time I take it their recommendation cost over a thousand and nothing is covered by their plan. Avoid the frustration and buy your car somewhere else
