This bank does not work to rectify errors their employees make. Employees don’t follow protocol, which hurts the customer, and then the customer is blamed and then put through a ringer of bureaucracy. They attempt to collect near criminal fees and insist on communicating via snail mail. The branch manager makes promises to solve issues that she actually cannot fulfill and doesn’t fulfill. I have an account there which they will not close, although account has been screwed up due to their errors. Fulton Bank is run by criminals and this branch is no different. Be aware before banking with them! I WOULD NEVER EVER BANK HERE!
