The app works great to check in early. I only go to GC when I get a coupon as I get a #3 so I am in the chair less than 10 minutes so $ 20 is too much. The staff is always friendly.

The place opens at 11 and I was driving there while 3 people checked in online. I reached at 11.11 am and had to wait 40 minutes. The. List keeps updating so we have to wait. I won’t be using this place again.

Went to get my hair styled, says they’re open at 9am but the store was still closed by 9:40am. Also, in general the hair cuts I get from here aren’t amazing. They’ve botched my layers a few times. I much prefer driving all the way to the poconos to see my girl.

Understaffed and one hair stylist seemed to only take the male customers while my daughter waited. Maybe I'm old school, but first come first serve.

I took my grandson to get a haircut. I didn't notice after he was done that it was choppy and uneven. He said the stylist didn't listen to how he wanted it cut. His mom called when he got home and asked if she could bring him in to fix it. They said no, that it was too bad they didn't like it. I have been taking my grandsons there a couple times, but now I will NEVER go back!

The cutter has issues with other people in the shop. Mumbling that they are against her. I remember her from 6 months ago or so. Not pleasant. I now remember why it's been a v while since I visited that shop.

I took my son and I told them to just TRIM it but instead of trimming it slightly, they cut HALF of his hair. Don’t go here because these people don’t know what they’re doing. I would not suggest to anybody to go to this place.

The best experience for my kids, 3&6. They always give us a hard time for haircuts, but since coming to the Flemington location, they sit nicely, get great cuts and walk out happy (and fast!). Love it here.

I checked in online with my phone number and when I got to the store I gave them my phone number and someone else's information pulled up. When I told them that I had changed my phone number they said that I have to keep using my old phone number for my account that they couldn't change it. One of the hairdressers was very rude and did not want to help me at all. I will never go to this Great Clips again and I hope no one else does. So they don't have to go through what I did
