Would not come back or suggest their services. The price they charge for a simple tax return is astronomical. They do not tell you the cost up front so you are stuck paying the high cost when they finish the return. Also, I do not feel confident that they know what they are doing.

First time getting taxes professionally done. Had a great experience we had manjula and she was great and knew her stuff. Very fast and and learned stuff we weren’t doing thanks to manjula. See ya next year.

If I could give zero stars I would. We spent almost $400 for just the two of us so our taxes could be hassle free just to receive a collections notifications in the mail, have to spend 40 minutes on hold with them to hear that part of our taxes weren't filled. And now that it's November, you can't conveniently get ahold of someone. What an absolute joke.

Service was ok I guess, but I ended up paying half again as much as what I was led to expect, and much more than at the office in Frenchtown for my return last year which was very similar. After I paid, which I was told was for two returns, I was told later it was only for one return, and I was charged later for a second return. I'll do my own next year.
