“When my new iPhone's eSIM card was trying to activate, a message appeared stating I needed to contact Verizon. I have a Business account and thought I would save time by calling Customer Service instead of visiting the store. I worked with tech support over five days for ten hours in order to get the number transferred and the card activated. Finally, it was successful, however, when tech support hung up, I realized that multiple eSIMs had been installed. I went to the Verizon store, and worked with Vince and Tina who resolved the issue within minutes. I am grateful for their competence and efficiency in addressing my situation.”
