I submitted roadside assistance request through my insurance app and they assigned Kovi towing. The initial estimated arrival time was one hour but the truck actually arrived just in 45 min. Great service, very satisfied.

Called the day before to confirm they’ll be able to tow and they confirmed it for me. Then they Canceled it in the morning with no update given until I called. Dude on the phone was rude and just hung up on me.

Driver was halfway in the middle of the street blocking traffic sitting in park when he was at the garage already was extremely unsafe. Cars had to take a chance trying to drive around him because of how far in the road he was blocking traffic.

I don't often go online to do reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. Young men came to my house by the name of Colton. Absolute pleasure! He did an amazing job towing my car which can be a difficult car to tow. He did it with such expertise and what an amazing personality. Made it a pleasure speaking with him. I highly recommend this towing company

Had a tow a few days ago was pulled 500 feet yes I mean 500 feet to a tire place down the road and was charged 147.00 called the company about it only to be called a scumbag by owner will never use company again hope the jackass goes out of business never use kovi towing

I called this company for a tow and was towed 800ft if that was charged 147. Then I called the company to see if u could get a better price and the guy on the phone guess he was the owner told me that was the quoted price,that he has 25 trucks, his insurance is out of the roof so he needs to charge this amount along with surcharges for miles towed,gas service charge and the original charge. I was on the phone with this so called owner and was told he would not refund any part of the charge,called me and my son a "scumbag". I will no longer do any sort of business with this towing service and would urge all others who call them or have there auto insurance companies that use them for roadside assistance not too use them at all. I plan on calling my credit card company and disputing the charge if this is the kind of business a so called professional wants to run.Mo one should be treated with any disrespect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
