Not a good experience. Rude front desk staff. Waited through multiple other checkins that came after me.

I had such a positive experience at LabCorp this week that I had to share. I went in for fasting bloodwork one day, followed by non-fasting bloodwork the next. Historically, getting blood drawn has been a challenge for me—my veins are notoriously difficult to find, and even experienced nurses and doctors have struggled.
That’s why I was so impressed when I met Aliya. She was incredibly skilled and had no trouble locating a vein and drawing blood quickly and efficiently. What made it even more impressive was that she did everything—she checked me in and then stepped in to draw my blood after another tech had difficulty. Talk about a jack of all trades!
The next day, I made sure to ask for her specifically, and once again, she delivered a smooth and painless experience. I was so grateful, I even snapped a photo of her name tag because I knew I had to write this review.
Aliya, thank you for your professionalism, skill, and kind demeanor. You turned what is usually a stressful experience for me into a truly positive one. You’re fantastic!

Great staff and teamwork! Today I was a walk in with an extensive amount of labs at the Flemington location. The woman that checked me in took so much time and care to make sure that the lab order was correct. She checked several times and also had other staff members confirm the order. Not once was I made to feel like I was a bother.
The woman that drew my blood was extremely kind and comforting. After collecting about 25 vials I got very sick and faint. The 2 staff members stayed past closing to make sure I felt well enough to leave.
I was never treated as an inconvenience during the hour I was there. I have been to many places for lab work over the years and this experience went above and beyond my expectations. The staff made sure I was taken care of and felt safe at all times. I was valued and treated with care.
Thank you!!!

The facility itself was not very welcoming, however the experience quickly shifted when my blood was drawn by Sonal. She was kind, professional, and had a delicate touch. If you choose this Lab Corp, I'd definitely recommend making sure you get her!

I had gone to this location multiple times to do what I thought was a simple drop off of specimens. First time I was told that I couldn't drop it off because I didn't have the physical paperwork with me (even though LabCorp took the paperwork from me with the prescription the prior visit when I had the bloodwork done). Makes zero sense because they should have a copy of the prescription order in their system since you need it in order to get the specimen collection material.
After that whole dilemma was over with I was advised not only from corporate multiple times but the Flemington and Watchung location both in person and over the phone that they do not issue a specific test my Dr. had prescribed to have done.
However the worker at Flemington was persistent that they do the test and they aren't sure who told me they did not.
Either way the communication between offices and clients is absolutely terrible and they always have a poor attitude. I'm hoping the manager for this location sees this and is able to make some changes. For now I would avoid going here unless you absolutely have no other choice.

Waited an hour to pick up a container. There's only one recepcionist that doesn't really know how to handle a computer and you have to sign in with a computer.

I am at labcorp in Flemington. There is alot of confusion and I'm hearing that the techs are new for my drug testing. Two names are Hemal and Leana. Well if they can't read my tempature and I have never had this problem before maybe they don't know what they are doing? Will never come here again.

Why do all the lab corps is new jersey close at 2pm?? When I lived in PA they closed at 5-7pm. For someone like me who works night shift schedule, it is practically impossible for me to come in to do bloodwork. I wish my insurance covered in house labs instead of only lab corps.

In the 40 minutes I was in the office I watched them lose a script, remove a needle incorrectly, mismanage their time windows, and incorrectly perform a blood draw (removing a needle before a restriction band). Worst labcorp experience I have ever had and I've been to them all.

Absolutely the worst place! They don't know what they are doing, and extremely disorganized!! Even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait for over an hour, and no communication at all!

The lady that works at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is incredible how someone who has to work with patients with different medical issues on a daily basis, not have any empathy or understanding of what is going on and how to deal with people.

I went with an order hoping that I could be seen as a ‘walk-in’ before work as the on line schedule was booked for quite some time.
Easy check-in process at the self- serve kiosk. It might have just been a non-busy time as I then had a quick professional registration at the desk and professional, friendly and efficient draw. Total time under 15 minutes.
