This review does not relate to the store at all but rather the flooring department and contractors they engage to replace floors. We reached out to Lowe's a year ago to replace our bathroom floors from tile to LVP. They came out and did measurements and then put us in contact with Ultimate Home Services. Ultimate Home Services then sent a local contractor to complete the job. At the time, everything looked fine. They asked us if we were happy, we said yes and that was the end of it. A few months later we started to notice our floor bubbling up, and feeling bouncy and uneven. Our caulking was becoming discolored so we called Lowe's and asked them to come back to check it out. After inspection, Ultimate Home Services concluded that the contractor they had sent did a poor job and had caused water to get under our LVP. They sent another contractor to come out and inspect and redo the whole bathroom. Not only was this extremely inconvenient since we had to have toilet and vanity removed, they decided that we had to have the base of the floor repaired for water damage the original contractor had caused before installing the new LVP. They advised us to use a local contractor of our choosing, which we did and they would reimburse us as soon as we sent the receipts. Well we did that, and then had LVP installed again by UHS contractor but months later are still trying to be reimbursed for all the damage they told us to get fixed. Ultimate Home Services has not only bounced us to different people to follow up on our reimbursement, Lowe's has now said that this is with the contractor so there is nothing they can do. This is the worst service we have received and will never use Lowe's again for flooring projects and customer should be weary of any companies that engage with Ultimate Home Services.

I gave $5,000 of business to this Lowes and I regret it.
Buying a 05 year warranty on a refrigerator and not getting it serviced or replaced swiftly.
Custom calls diverted to Chinese people talking and asking things that I’m unable to provide!!!
Is Lowes an American valued company or I think I should stick with Home Depot or Good!!!

Went to store at 5:00pm. Store was empty. Went to customer counter and requested help in electrical aisle #10. Waited 20 minutes and no help. Went back to counter and again requested help. No help again after 15 minutes. Went to self check out and told store associate that I needed help. No help. Asked again and no help. I finally got very upset and requested a store manager. GUESS WHAT....not one store manager came. 45-50 min later and zero help. The self check out associate understood my frustration. Needless to say, I went to your competitor and I was quickly greeted in the electrical department and was asked if I needed any help. Lost a valuable customer that is a contractor who spent roughly 10k a month. Shame on me. Definitely Lost me as a customer
