Don't buy from here. Ordered three toilets and a vanity for ship to store. Two toilets arrived broken and the vanity was chipped. Take your money elsewhere.

UPDATE: Thank you for the empty, platitude apology below that is linked to the general customer service page with no direction about how to contact someone except for the AI bot.I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen. When they were installed, I noticed that there were some pieces missing (oven racks), the delivery people had removed all of the instruction manuals and product registration information and a promotional mini-fridge was missing. I called the store where I had purchased them (Flemington, NJ) and got the run around between several people who all told me they couldn't help me. I finally asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to a line that rang for a long time with no one ever picking up. I called central customer service and got equally little help. I had to contact LG directly. I spent over an hour on the phone to get nothing accomplished.

Off all the Lowe’s around the area, Flemington is the absolute worst.They can’t even stock their shelves when they put items out. I opened the boxes as shown in the pictures.Totally disorganized. It’s always a hunting expedition trying to find anything. They move stuff around constantly.I wanted isolating cutters. I saw a cardboard display of kobalt ones in the isle by the StackTech stuff. I asked an employee where they were. He showed me where the Craftsman & Dewalt ones were together. I went back and asked him where the kobalt ones were. He looked in his pocket computer and he said with the dewalts. We walked over to the dewalt I was just at. Nothing. He then says I have no idea.Ok let’s try a pencil sharpener, display is empty, he checks inventory says there are 32. He then says he has no idea where they would be stored. The display was empty.

Over priced and under staffed. Used to be a great company. Minor update on October 11th, 2023. Not much has changed price wise but I will say the store seems a little more organized and neater. 2/4/24 - the store is a mess again and numerous items in the lumber department have no signs or pricing. The signs that do exist, are poorly placed and just a few inches in size. I'm cancelling my Lowe's card right now.

The most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with in my life, I will never shop at another Lowe’s in my life because of the experience I had ordering and installing a basement door with them, it’s mind blowing that Lowe’s stays in business with the way they handle customer service and project management

Bought Christmas lights a week before Christmas. Specifically asked if they were returnable at register. The Gentlemen said “yes as long as they are unopened with a receipt.” I try to return today and I’m told they won’t take them back. There were no postings or signs anywhere at time of purchase. I always liked this store. No more. Shame on you Lowes.

Anything of value is locked up. When you find a sales person to assist they work hard to help, however on my last 2 visits it took 15 minutes for them to locate what I wanted. Seems nothing is in its place. Today I found the item in a locked cage labeled incorrectly before the salesperson did. The hidden cost of crime...I am tired of paying for.

The flooring department in Flemington doesn't know what they are doing. Stay away unless you want aggravation. The associates don't know the promotions they are running, and the Florring Manager is a complete stooge. Don't take my work for it. Call other lowes stores, and they will tell you the same thing
