I had a great experience at Marshalls thanks to Dilipkumar Shah in the shoe department. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me find exactly the shoes I was looking for. The department was also very well organized with clearly marked sections for men, women, and kids. Shopping was quick and easy. Great customer service—thank you, Dilipkumar!

The store was cluttered, the employees were not so nice. They seem to have an attitude when I ask for help and even at the cash register. I already had a bad experience trying to find things because stuff was thrown around everywhere but, at least, customer service could have been better still.

Love the discount section.
This place has nice stuff. The only problem I ever had was with the clothes. The clothes sizes are not accurate. You definitely have to buy bigger sizes. If you wear a 12, you're more than likely buying a size 16 there. The clothes always fit too small. I learned many lessons. Great stuff, though.
