“I Was out visiting family at The Fudge Shoppe, in Flemington NJ and while enjoying a scenic back roads drive I stumbled on this Diamond!

My Aunt and friend both shouted BUFFALO ? and I myself was in disbelief what my eyes saw! Live Buffalo? In New Jersey? Then we noticed the sign, Buffalo Store open Saturday & Sunday. Follow the arrows! So we did!

Down the long scenic driveway we were greeted by a few majestic horses, just grazing and enjoying the Sun.

Very clean grounds, outside and in the store itself. The owner was polite and explained to us a little history about his family business. We purchased some fresh bison patties, hotdogs, and jerky. The owner proudly said he makes himself.

We ate the jerky on the car ride back to Montclair and it was delicious! Had a little kick to it, I loved it! As did my Aunt and friend both stated. Today I’m firing up my grill to enjoy the Burgers and hotdogs.

The store is exclusively open only Saturday & Sundays! Pay them a visit, buy some steaks, patties and definitely get the jerky!
