We hired this contractor for a small floating deck and per our contract, we were supposed to have concrete footings. They decided to not give us the concrete footings, and not inform us until after the fact. The deck boards were not cut uniformly, the deck sagged in certain areas and overall was unlevel and looked terrible. We gave feedback, and the owner sent over a supervisor who we pointed out all our concerns to. Within the hour, the supervisor and workers came back, completely ripped up the deck, and left a pile of materials in our yard (they advised us they were going to fix the issues, not walk off the job). The owner refused to give us our deposit back and told us it was for the used materials they had ripped up. We had to sue them in small claims court to get the deposit back. The owner never came to look at the deck once, and instead of taking care of the problems, blamed us for being difficult and accused us of being disrespectful to his employees (all after the fact of course).

Nick was very knowledgeable and timely. His quote was spot on and they did a fantastic job cleaning out my garden from a previous owner and getting it ready for me to plant a new one. Great customer service and price
