The staff is consistently described as friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, professional, empathetic, and supportive. They make patients feel truly cared for in sensitive situations. The experience is noted as very pleasant and comfortable. A significant highlight is the efficient service; patients report no wait time, appointments available at short notice, and being in and out quickly.
