With over 2,700 locations and a wide range of equipment, it is convenient for members to access cardio machines, with many never having to wait. The facilities are generally open 24 hours, although some locations may have different hours, so clarification is helpful. The staff, especially during night shifts, are friendly and helpful, making new members feel comfortable. Members appreciate the friendliness of the community and the cleanliness of the gym. However, some users find that the hours on weekends are not sufficient, especially after a recent price increase. There is also a concern about the high number of teenagers and young men hogging weight machines and sitting on their phones, which affects others trying to use the equipment. Additionally, some members find it difficult to access specific machines like the leg machines due to crowding. Overall, Planet Fitness provides a good space to work out, with a friendly staff and convenient hours, but improvements in hours and etiquette enforcement could enhance the experience.
The facilities say the gym is open 24 hours, but when we arrived, we were told it closes at 9 pm. The actual hours should be clarified to avoid confusion.

The equipment is generally good. Being 24hrs is also very convenient. The lady that works the night shift is very sweet and friendly!

I just moved from another state and although I don't know anybody here yet, those that I've encountered have been so nice. The staff are so friendly and made my transition a smooth one. Thank guys. This location is also very clean and I appreciate that too.
