I had not shopped at Home Depot in over a year because of their deceptive online information. Yesterday, in dire need of a car jump starter, I went online and ordered one from Home Depot. The website assured me that there were two in stock. The order went through and I waited for an hour for an email telling me I could go pick it up. I finally went in the store, only to find that they had zero in stock. No one had even begin to look for it before I got there. two employees went looking for it including a manager. The manager said that they have had a lot of theft by employees since Covid. This was not helpful to me and my situation.

I agree with Kathy's review. I had installers from Home Depot for my laminate floors and they broke a piece of the wall board. I brought it to their attention and they came to inspect. After that I never heard back from them again. Better off with a small store - you may pay a little more but it's worth it in my opinion.

I recently had carpeting installed and the installer did not provide the service that Home Depot promised me. Home Depot is now not standing behind their promise and I'm getting the run around from them. Better off going with a small carpeting store that has control over their installers.
