This would be a 0 if I could post the review that way because I couldn't make this up if I tried. I went into Staples to buy an HP ink cartridge to give the business to a brick and mortar store rather than Amazon. A man was behind the tech desk looking at his phone. I excused myself and asked if he could please give me the model # of the cartridge I needed for my printer. He looked at me as if I had disturbed him and asked if I had a phone. After I said yes he asked me if I had Google and again I said yes. Then he told me I could look it up myself. I walked out, never to return, and ordered it from Amazon.

Staples has an excelent customer service. Employees are friendly and very helpful in finding your products or sugestions to your questions. Price for their products are also good. I recommed Staples.

I just left your Flemington store a little while ago. I had the most wonderful experience with your employee, Lis. After a very stressful day Lis saved my sanity. She knew exactly how I needed to send a sensitive document. She is a true professional and I want to publicly acknowledge her kindness and expertise.

Purchased a Color Laserjet Printer. The Sales Person gave me a helpful hint about the WiFi installation. Very pleased with the friendly staff and the price of the printer matched that of Amazon.

I usually never write review but wow!.. ‘Lyssa at the printing services was the sweetest person ever, very attentive to details and overall AMAZING experience for my printing needs! I recommend anyone to contact her at the service desk if you go to the Staples in Flemington!! :)
