Based on the reviews, T-Mobile at Costco has excellent service and treatment. The reps are knowledgeable, patient, and polite. Christian Regan is a courteous, patient, and good communicator who follows through on issues. Christian R is always helpful, pleasant, and polite, making all issues disappear. Amanda was outstanding, knowledgeable, and worked around schedules to transfer lines without a single issue, following up to set up streaming services. Juan, the manager, went above and beyond to transfer lines correctly, answering all questions with patience and efficiency. Kieth is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always available and going out of his way to assist. The manager Juan and sales expert Christian Teasley were able to get great promotions and set up devices start to finish. All of them are very professional.

Went into T-Mobile to switch over four lines and had an amazing experience. Juan, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything transferred correctly and answered all my questions. Super patient, professional, and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
