Not very helpful. Told to call 611. Wish they could understand that not everyone was born into this tech

First of all, they were completely dishonest about the monthly cost of two new iPhone 15’s. Secondly, what was pitched as two free Apple Watches, was not accurate. Only one was free. Our monthly bill went from $90 to $159. It was implied at the time that there was no additional charges. Further, twice we have gone into that store for technical assistance, and both times the person helping us acted as if we were distracting them from something else.

My wife when into the flemington nj store 4 guys there anxious to help said noone ever my wife's screen went black and went in to the store looking to buy a phone full price but they instead referred her to go to a Walmart. They seem more interested in selling you a phone with a plan then helping out the customer regardless. I proceeded to call the next day to see if they had a phone instock which the system in tmobiles site shows it being instock for that location the employee says no we don't have that one. Terrible customer service

Stay completely away from thisLocation. The sales associates are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs at ALL unless it involves making a sale but any other reason you might need to come Into the store they just refuse to help . I needed to simply return my devices because I bought new phones online and they told me they couldn’t do it for me but can give me the shipping labels to do them myself . I talked to multiple reps on the phone and they said that the associate was absolutely incorrect and that I can return them to ANY T-Mobile store . Every time I go into this store it’s always always new people working here and now I understand why . Poorly ran store , terrible management and piss poor .associates. Stay away from this store unless you want to waste your time.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!We came in today to purchase phone cases and accessories for Iphone 15. The sales reps that are in this store are extremely rude. The sales rep reprimanded my husband for removing a case out the box that was opened already. If we are purchasing an over priced case, we should be able to look at the case. It's not as if it were food!!! It is an over priced piece of plastic. Well, they lost a sale. We walked out and went to the Verizon store down the road to make our purchases. The sales reps were happy to help us with our purchases.

Avoid this store. We switched to T-mobile at Costco and were told we could go to the Flemington T-mobile if we needed support getting our phones set up and couldn't get back to Costco. The team at this T-mobile store outright refused to help. Just said no. That the Costco store "made all the sales" and they had to do the grunt work. We were so appalled by their abject refusal to help a new T-mobile customer, we've started questioning whether our decision to switch was a very bad one. I have never had this kind of experience where a store just refused to help a current customer. Disappointing and really alarming.

Poor experience at this store. I signed up with T-Mobile after the sales associate informed me of a deal that I would get a 3rd line free in addition to Workperks. I didn’t have a need for a 3rd line, but he said I had nothing to lose and said I could use it in the future because it’s a free line for life. Well in fact I did lose because I found out months later after being told to wait to see the discounts “kick in” that the 3rd line was not free as he couldn’t stack multiple promotions. The manager at the time promised me he would make it right and told me to keep waiting for months because these things take time. Turns out that the sales associate that signed me up left the store and that manager who promised to make it right ended up leaving this store because he was unhappy there and the new manager couldn’t help me because the district manager told him he couldn’t do anything about it. He also told me to go to the old manager who works at another store to make it right for us. Yup, they really did tell me to do that. They were making me jump through hoops for a mistake that their own sales associate they hired and employed made. So I was misled by their sales associate and they didn’t follow through to make it right- after multiple visits to the store they did give me a small credit which does not cover my full losses for eating the cost of a third line ($30 per month) for 2 years- I would not recommend this store as you are better off going to Corporate TMobile Stores like the one in Hillsborough. This is a private store so apparently there is a difference in their ability (as they are unable) to make things fully right for their misled customers.

Location is decent for the county but I've noticed that they've gotten slow at this location. I understand from working retail and customer service for over a decade it can be rough sometimes but I wish there was another location aside from this one around the area.

I went in because phone was not charging correctly they then ordered me a replacement under the warranty I pay for insurance 18$ a month also when the phone gets there and I go to pick it up first the guy can’t find so I go to call T-Mobile and he comes out with it but the real problem is that when he starts the process of the exchange he says that he can’t do it because I have apple care that I have to go through them but what I don’t get why am I paying 18$ insurance with T-Mobile and they can’t fix anything with the phone apple care for my device is 7.99 through apple so what is the extra 10 dollars covering with them or is T-Mobile just ripping me off you tell me idk. I just find it crazy the guy says the other worker should of never filed the warranty I just don’t understand why the phone is there mine is clearly not operating properly they have the new one there under my warranty but I can’t have and have to goto apple can anyone make this make sense to me

Listen up - *do not* use this non-corporate location. Go to the mall OR Hillsborough. I finally got restitution from a three-month saga of this awful store, how they mislead me, did not take responsibility and treated me with utter disrespect. Through customer support in TN that handles NJ. They credited my account and redeemed their reputation. The rep and supervisor have take specific details of this experience and is being escalated to the appropriate officers. Wait for it J and M, you're going to find out what a real "headache" is. Meanwhile - people, take fair warning and go elsewhere!

Warning you to not use this location. First, they 're not owned by TMobile, they're privately owned. Second, I was very misinformed with what they promised I was going to receive for signing on with Tmobile and instead of owning their mistake and offering professional candor to resolve it, they took on a horrendous attitude wanting it all to just go away. As another customer stated a year ago, they have no idea what they're doing. Absolute truth. Third, if you have any issues outside of their comfort zone, they have no genuine interest in helping resolve it. Talked a huge customer centric talk, didn't stand by it and treated me like garbage. Your bill may be less than other carriers but the service in this store is awful and the manager is regularly stressed, on edge and doesn't have professional decorum what so ever. Hence, the rest of the staff follows suit. If you must use this company I highly recommend you go elsewhere or to a corporate store for support.

Andrew and 2 other T-mobile managers/employees just offered the best support one could possibly want! They were patient, kind, and knowledgable without talking down to me or trying to upsell. This location rocks! Thank you!

I like T-mobile but do not like Sprint. They need better training. 2 days and 7 hours later we got an upgrade and 1 phone added that was paid off. Had to drive to 2 other stores to get the other phone that was not available in either of those stores. Even after he was putting it aside for him and we made appt with Manager. All we wanted to do was add our senior parents to our family plan. Transfer their numbers, one to a paid off phone and upgrade his. The workers were great as well as manager. It was the system that failed. We wound up paying an extra 500 for security deposits. Plus upgrade, and activations... $900 plus later... and his flip phone still doesn't work. 3rd trip back tomorrow. :(

Junior hooked it up with the know how and kindness. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not just a Tmobile employee. Didn't talk me into buying anything I didnt want or need. He was very open, honest and made a deeper connection than most would have, which he didn't have to doI know who I'll be asking for in the future for any purchases or troubleshooting

I had the best agent. Angie took her time with me. She explained everything I needed to know until I got what she said. Thank you Angie.
