Terrible. They close the branch (Royal Rd) that I have been using since TD bought Commerce and now I'm stuck with this. I have yet to meet anyone who speaks English as a native language, and the last person couldn't understand a checking account statement. Just another woke company trying to take over the U.S. Go elsewhere. J. Deere and Tractor Supply learned their lesson, send TD back to Canada.

Went to open up a business bank account last month, and Mr. Gandhi explained to me the differences between the available options. The process was smooth and swift.
When the business account did not link up with my other accounts he called the IT/ TD phone number on my behalf to get it resolved. Would definitely work with him in the future for my business related needs.

This bank has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a bank. They tried to discourage me from waiting to be helped because “they were closing soon” even though it was an hour until then. They were rude, and not motivated to help me get a new debit card that their atm machine had just eaten outside. I waited and they also did the same thing to the young man who was before me, claimed they could not help him notarize a document making some blanket claim that they don’t have the stamps? I’ve never heard of a bank that can’t notarize a document. When it came time to help me get my new card, they claimed I was not able to because they needed to send a code but my phone wouldn’t receive it because the phone bill is in my mothers name. It didn’t make sense and the Blonde woman who was helping me was especially dismissive of my issue and extremely rude.

Always a nice and pleasant experience banking with TD bank of Flemington. All staff under GM Sujal are wonderful people.

I like this branch a lot and like to see the manager was rightly promoted, but the frequent ATM outages are annoying. The ATM at this location was recently “upgraded,” but the new ATM does not seem to work either. Instead of getting a new “prettier” ATM GET ONE THAT WORKS.

I try to closed my account and Beth was helping me. She told me I had to deposit money to bring my account current and then she will close it. So I deposit money. She said that it will take 48 hours for the account to close and update the account. The day was November 27. So I check my account on November 30 the balance was 0 so I thought the account was closed. Three months go by and I got an email that the account had a negative balance. I have numerous accounts so I check and none of them had an issue. So I went to to bank in Clinton NJ and they looked the account and they told me that the bank In Flemington NJ didn’t closed my account because it was overdrawn for 3 months. Beth did not closed the account so I was charged $ 15 every month and I had a payment come out of the account twice. I went to the Flemington bank and asked to talk to Beth but no longer works there. They blamed me for not checking my account. Not happy with them at all. I want to put no ⭐️
